TALLAHASSEE, Fla. –
In a game rescheduled due to last month’s terrorist attacks, the 17th-ranked Seminole soccer team (10-5-0, 3-2-0) and the University of Miami (8-6-1, 3-2-1) will face off Thursday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m. The game was incorrectly listed on www.seminoles.com as being played Wednesday, October 24.
The Hurricanes have been ranked in the top 25 for most of the season and FSU will have the opportunity to extend some amazing records at the Seminole Soccer Complex. Florida State has won 14 of its last 15 games against in-state opponents, have not lost a home game to a non-conference opponent in 16 consecutive matches and have the opportunity to move to 7-0-0 at home and possibly become the first FSU squad to go undefeated at home for an entire season. Admission to all regular season games at the Seminole Soccer Complex is free and if you have any questions please feel free to call Elliott Finebloom (850) 644-5656 in the FSU Sports Information Office.
