Tallahassee, FL –The eighth-ranked Seminoles women’s tennis team is hoping to play outdoors for the first time in 2021 when Old Dominion comes to Tallahassee for a noon game Saturday. FSU was scheduled to play a second game versus Troy at 5:00 but that match has been postponed and no make-up date has been determined at this point.
The Seminoles enter the weekend with a 1-0 record in duals and feature three nationally ranked singles players and two nationally ranked doubles teams. Old Dominion comes to Tallahassee with the eighth-ranked doubles team in the nation and the 40th-ranked singles player. The Monarchs are coming off a 4-2 win over Notre Dame and are 30-7 combined over the last two seasons.
