BLACKSBURG, Va. – Riley Ott was the lone FSU athlete to compete on day one of the ACC Indoor Championships in Blacksburg, Va., on the campus of Virginia Tech.
Ott competed in four events as a part of the heptathlon on Thursday. Ott finished second in the 60m dash (7.04), sixth in the long jump (6.73m), eighth in the high jump (1.83m) and 11th in the shot put (10.96m). Ott is currently in seventh with 2,814 points. Ott will finish the heptathlon with the 60m hurdles, the pole vault and the 1000m run. The 60m hurdles will begin at 10 a.m. The rest of the Noles will begin action at 12:45 p.m.

Fans will be able to follow the Noles on ACC Network Extra and ACC Network throughout the weekend. On Friday, there will be a live stream on ACC Network Extra from noon until 1:30 p.m. From 2:55 p.m. until the conclusion of Friday’s session, Shawn Kenney and Norm Ogilvie will be on the call on ACC Network Extra. Coverage will begin on Saturday at 12:55 p.m. on ACC Network Extra. Fans can see a five hour recap of all three days on ACC Network beginning at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning.
