Went 7-5 in 18 appearances, leading Seminole starters with a 3.17 ERA, 108 innings pitched, and 120 strikeouts…his seven wins tied for the team lead with Dylan Silva…finished 3-3 in the ACC regular season, striking out 67 in 61.2 innings pitched…held left-handed batters to a .178 batting average and a .210 batting average overall on the season…went at least five innings in his first 16 starts of the season, including his Seminole debut against Oakland (2/14), going five innings, allowing two runs on seven hits with nine strikeouts while earning the win…finished with double-digit strikeouts twice, against Boston College (3/7, 10) and Coastal Carolina (5/1, career-high 12)…won two games during the ACC Tournament – the opener against Clemson (5/20), going 6.1 innings without allowing a run and striking out seven, and the Championship Game against NC State (5/24), his only relief appearance of the season, throwing 4.2 innings of scoreless ball while allowing just one hit, a walk, and striking out five in the ‘Noles 6-2 win…threw 7.2 innings in the NCAA Tournament against College of Charleston without tallying a decision…struck out eight in Florida State’s 3-2 Regional win.


Went 8-4 with a 2.86 ERA and 116 strikeouts in 110 innings with the Patriots…helped lead College of Central Florida into the JUCO state tournament…freshman year was named to the FCSAA All-State Second Team and Mid-Florida Conference First Team…made the Dean’s List at the College of Central Florida.


Graduated from Chiles High School in Tallahassee, Fla…as a junior, led Chiles in win/loss record, innings pitched, saves, shutouts and ERA…earned Second Team All-Big Bend honors…led Chiles to the district championship and regional finals…in 2013, he led the Timberwolves in wins, innings pitched, shutouts, complete games, strikeouts and ERA…set the school record with 97 strikeouts in a season…First Team All-Big Bend and named the All-Big Bend Player of the Year…made the Class 7A All-State team…led Chiles to the Class 7A state semifinals…finished high school career with 143 strikeouts in 130 innings with a 1.72 ERA…named a 2013 Perfect Game Florida Honorable Mention and 2012 Underclass Honorable Mention honoree…named to the A/B Honor Roll in high school.


Son of Leon Biegalski and Kelly Thompson…has one brother, Drew, and four sisters, Rebecca, Kaitlyn, and Brooke Chesnut, and Baylee Thompson…both parents attended Florida State…majoring in interdisciplinary social science…born July 13, 1994…signed a professional contract with the Oakland A’s in the summer of 2015.
