One of only two Seminoles to play in all 64 games (63 starts)…21 starts came in left field, with the other 42 coming as the designated hitter…finished 24th in the country with 62 RBI in his only season with FSU…finished tied for sixth in the ACC in doubles (20) and fifth in RBI (62)…hit a two-run home run in the first at-bat of his FSU career on opening day vs. Rhode Island (2/15)…had a 12-game hitting streak from May 4 to May 22…hit home runs in consecutive at-bats vs. NC State (5/13)…led the Seminoles with 20 multi-RBI games and was third with 19 multi-hit games…recorded 27 runs and 27 RBI in 30 conference games, both of which tied for eighth in the conference…led the team in runs scored (56), RBI (62), sac flies (6), and tied for first with nine home runs…finished second on the team with 20 doubles and 72 hits, while finishing third in stolen bases (6) and slugging percentage (.498)…in five postseason games, hit .333 with three doubles and seven RBI, including a 3-for-4 performance with four RBI against Savannah State in FSU’s opening game of the Tallahassee Regional (5/31)…also had four RBI against Wake Forest (4/28)…scored four runs against Georgia Tech (3/22) and had four hits against USF (2/23) – both season-highs…went 2-for-4 with a run scored and a walk against Indiana in the final game of the season to bump his season-ending average to .301.


Hit .450 with 16 home runs and 62 RBI in 61 games at Walters State Community College in 2012…named first team All-TCCAA…member of the nation’s number one ranked team that became 2012 TCCAA Region IV Champions.


Played outfield at Princeton High School in Cincinnati, Ohio…honored with three All-Greater Miami Conference selections…a two-time All-City member and was named to the All-State team in 2008…played for the prestigious Midland Redskins Travel Team which won the Connie Mack national championship in 2009…selected as a top 200 prospect in the country by Perfect Game in 2010.


Son of Dan and Lydia Davis…his 2009 Midland Redskins jersey is on display at the baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y….began his collegiate career at LSU in 2010-11…member of the 3.0 GPA Club at FSU (Fall 2012)…left Florida State following his junior season to pursue a career in the MLB…born on April 26, 1992.
