FRESHMAN (2019):

Started 58 games and appeared in 54 as a true freshman, hitting .220 with 36 hits, nine doubles and seven home runs…knocked in 25 runs, drew 39 walks and reached base at a .404 clip after getting hit by 13 pitches (fourth-most in the ACC)…preseason ACC Freshman of the Year from D1Baseball…one of six Noles with at least 7 home runs on the season…hit the first home run of his career against Maine on February 16 and had the first of FSU’s two grand slams on the season against Youngstown State on February 23…scored a season-high four runs against the Penguins while adding a season-high five RBI…also drew three walks against Youngstown State…stole a pair of bases against Maine in his FSU debut on Opening Day…also had two against Wake Forest in late April…made a pair of appearances in the outfield against Arkansas and Michigan in the College World Series but did not record an at-bat in Omaha.


A late addition to the Seminoles’ 2018 class…rated as the No. 38 overall player and No. 9 outfielder in the country by Perfect Game…No. 70 overall player by Baseball America…No. 7 player in Florida and No. 2 outfielder in the state by Perfect Game…14th Round pick of the Milwaukee Brewers in the 2018 MLB Draft…was a 2018 Rawlings/Perfect Game All-American and All-Florida first team…participated in the USA Baseball 17U National Team Development Program…2017 Rawlings/Perfect Game first team underclass All-American…chose Florida State over Virginia, North Carolina and LSU, among other offers…exploratory major…born June 30, 1999.
