REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021):

Hit .176 with four home runs over 26 games before a season-ending injury cut his year short…had home runs against North Florida, at Virginia Tech and in back-to-back games against Wake Forest…had seven RBI against the Demon Deacons, hitting a grand slam on March 27 and a three-run home run on March 28…has started a team-high 133 games in his career…drew a walk-off walk against UCF on March 24, FSU’s second run in the bottom of the 10th inning in a 6-5 victory…was his third walk-off as a Seminole…tied a career-high with three walks against Pitt on February 28…was hit by four pitches on the season, two against Jacksonville on April 6.

JUNIOR (2020):

Hit .242 with 13 RBI, 16 runs scored and nine extra-base hits (five doubles, four home runs)…started all 17 games in center field…ended the season with a perfect 3-for-3 game against Illinois State, with a pair of solo home runs…second career multi-home run game…finished with a four-game hitting streak and four-game RBI streak to cap the season, with seven of 13 RBI coming in those four games…had the game-winning RBI in the Noles 2-0 win at No. 1 Florida…scored three runs against Cincinnati on February 21, tying a career high…drew three walks against the Bearcats on February 23, also a career high…hit by two pitches against Niagara on February 16…had a pair of hits against No. 3 Texas Tech…played summer ball with the Orlando Scorpions in the Florida Collegiate Summer League.

SOPHOMORE (2019):

Despite missing 19 games due to injuries, earned third-team All-ACC recognition, hitting .283 with six doubles, three triples and nine home runs…added 35 RBI and scored 33 runs…led FSU with six sacrifice flies…hit two home runs in game one of the Baton Rouge Super Regional against LSU – the first was a three-run home run that tied the game 4-4 in the seventh inning; the second was a solo shot in the ninth inning that extended FSU’s lead to 6-4…first two-HR game of his career…hit two home runs in the Athens Regional, one against FAU and one against No. 4 national seed Georgia…hit FSU’s first home run of the season on Opening Day against Maine and FSU’s final three home runs against Georgia and LSU.

FRESHMAN (2018):

Made 56 appearances and 44 starts, hitting .268 with seven home runs, eight doubles, 34 runs batted in and 25 runs scored…saw extensive playing time after a jaw injury to center fielder J.C. Flowers and started the final 30 games in the outfield…made his first appearance off the bench on Opening Day, finishing 1-for-2 with a pair of RBI…hit his first home run against Notre Dame (3/17) and his second the next day against the Irish…also had home runs in consecutive games at No. 9 Clemson (5/5-6)…had a career-high four hits against the Tigers (5/5), head coach Mike Martin’s 1,976th career win…had a career-high five RBI and three hits against No. 4 NC State (5/18), including a walk-off three-run home run in the 10th inning…added a walk-off double in his first appearance in an ACC Tournament against Virginia (5/22), leading FSU to its second consecutive ACC Championship…finished third on the team with a .284 batting average in ACC play…played his summer ball with the Y-D Red Sox in the Cape Cod League.

PERSONAL:

Playing for Jupiter High, hit .328 with four home runs, 29 runs batted in and 24 runs scored…ranked 88th in the Perfect Game player rankings, was a second team All-American and part of the first team All-Florida and All-District team…as a senior, helped Jupiter reach the 9A state semifinals before falling to eventual state champion Timber Creek…2017 Perfect Game first team All-Florida region, 2017 first team all-county, Perfect Game Florida High School Dream Team…three-time Perfect Game All-America honors…parents are Keith and Michele Albert…grandfather played baseball and basketball at Rutgers…majoring in sport management…born on July 10, 1999.
