Pitched in two games against James Madison and FGCU…struck out a batter in both appearances.
Made 13 relief appearances, striking out nine batters in 10.1 innings and finishing with a 3.48 ERA…set career highs with three strikeouts and 1.2 innings pitched in the ACC Tournament against Duke on May 26…retired his only batter faced in the NCAA Tournament against Southern Miss on June 6…did not allow a run in 10 of 13 appearances…ERA was just 2.70 over nine ACC games (6.2 innings)…played summer ball in the Cape Cod League for the Harwich Mariners.
Did not allow a run in two appearances, with three strikeouts in 2.0 innings pitched…allowed a hit and struck out one batter in FSU debut against Niagara on February 15…struck out two and allowed one hit against Cincinnati on February 23…played summer ball for the Savannah Bananas in the Coastal Plain League.
Graduated from North Florida Christian School in Tallahassee…was named the 2018 All-Big Bend Player of the Year finishing 10-2 with a 2.22 earned run average and 104 strikeouts…at the plate, hit .346 with 40 runs batted in and four home runs…was the 2019 All-Big Bend Pitcher of the Year going 8-2 with a 1.00 earned run average and 88 strikeouts…2019 Florida Dairy Farmer’s 3A Baseball Player of the Year…made the 2017 All-Big Bend first team…earned a gold medal at the 2015 COPABE Pan Am “AA” Championships in Aguascalientes, Mexico, with the Team USA 15U National Team…enjoys fishing and baking…parents are James and Barbara Walker…sister Sierra…graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary social science in 2022 and is working towards a Master’s in athletic coaching…born on September 14, 2000.
