Appeared in 23 games of the 2016 season while pitching a total of 30.1 innings…posted an ERA of 5.34, led the team with four saves, struck out 40, and limited his opponents’ average to only .216…before his 2016 campaign began, the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association named him to their Stopper of the Year Watch List…struck out the side in a perfect inning of his first appearance as a Seminole on February 21 in a 23-4 Florida State victory over Rhode Island…took the mound on March 2 against Villanova and threw 3.1 innings, struck out six batters, and allowed only a hit and a walk in a slim 11-10 FSU win…once again struck out the side against No. 13 NC State on March 25 to notch his first save of the season…named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2015-Stetson):

During his three seasons at Stetson pitched 133 innings with 3.05 ERA…went 11-6 in 86 career appearances…posted 22 saves and 124 strikeouts…tossed 38.2 innings where he allowed 34 hits, 15 runs, 14 earned runs and 14 walks while striking out 40 batters en route to a team high nine saves and finishing 1-1…named Second Team All-Atlantic Sun Conference…earned his first save of the season against LaSalle (Feb. 21) when he struck out four batters over two innings of work in a 7-4 victory…posted his second save of the season in two innings of work against Penn (March 1)…closed out March with a save against USF as he preserved a 6-3 victory by tossing 1.1 innings, allowed two hits and striking out two Bulls batters…earned the first of five saves in April against Kennesaw State by striking out a pair of batters in one inning…shut down USC Upstate in 1.1 innings as he struck out one batter in a 5-2 win…converted his sixth save of the season against Northern Kentucky after going 1.1 innings, allowing one hit and one walk while striking out three…notched his final saves in April during a series at Jacksonville University as he limited the Dolphins to one hit and one walk in 2.1 innings…posted his final save of the season at Lipscomb…went eight innings, allowing five hits, one run and struck out four in an 8-7 victory against Jacksonville on May 20.


Appeared in 29 games on the mound for the Hatters, all in relief…assumed the role as closer, picking up 10 saves on the year to go with a 5-3 record and a team-best 2.42 ERA…was third in the A-Sun in saves…closed the season with a stretch where he earned either a win or save in eight of his last 10 appearances…earned a pair of saves in the Boston College (Feb. 21/Feb. 23) series with a combined three perfect innings…gave up two runs in 1.2 innings against Furman (March 1) to take his first loss…allowed two runs in 2/3 of an inning at South Carolina (March 5) to take his second loss…earned a save against Siena (March 9) with two perfect innings…fourth save came at ETSU (March 22) with a perfect ninth inning…earned his fifth save against Florida A&M with 3.0 innings, allowing one hit…sixth save came against USF (April 1)…longest outing of the year was a 4.0 inning effort against Bethune-Cookman (April 8) in which he struck out six to earn his seventh save…earned his first win against Lipscomb (April 17) with 3.2 innings of work in which he allowed two hits and struck out four…took a loss at Florida State (April 23) after allowing two runs in two innings…bounced back with a victory at UNF (April 26) by blanking the Ospreys on one hit over three innings with six strikeouts…also earned conference wins against Jacksonville (May 4) and Mercer (May 10)…closed the Mercer series by earning his eighth save…picked up his ninth save against USC Upstate (May 15)…earned another win against Mercer (May 21) with three strong innings in the A-Sun Tournament…allowed one run on one hit in that outing…came back with a save against ETSU (May 23) in another tournament victory…allowed just one earned run in his last nine appearances, covering 17.2 innings.


Enjoyed an outstanding freshman season for the Hatters, appearing in 31 games…30 of his 31 appearances came in relief…led the team with three saves…his 42.1 innings pitched ranked fourth on the team…made season’s only start at Florida State (March 20), tossing four shutout innings and striking out three against the Seminoles…picked up first career save with 1.2 innings of shutout work against Kennesaw State (March 29)…also earned saves against East Tennessee State (April 21) and Lipscomb (April 28)…allowed no runs in 19 of his 31 appearances…went six consecutive appearances, covering 8.0 innings, without allowing a run from April 12-28…was 4-0 with three saves and a 2.70 ERA in 15 A-Sun games.

FRESHMAN (2012-Stetson):

Sat out season as a redshirt…played for the DeLand Suns in the Florida Collegiate Summer League…went 2-0 with a 2.79 ERA and 0.995 WHIP on the mound…made nine appearances and one start, totaling 14 strikeouts and six walks in 19.1 innings…both wins came in the playoffs, including the Suns’ 10-7 championship game victory.


Was a two-year letter winner for coach Mike Smith at Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, Florida…was a two-way player in high school…saw limited action on the mound, posted a 2-0 record with a 2.50 ERA and 21 strikeouts in 14 innings of work…played AAU ball for the Orlando Scorpions and coach Sal Lombardo…an honorable mention All-Florida selection by Perfect Game…member of the National Honor Society, the Student Athlete Leadership Team and served as a locker room assistant for the Orlando Magic.


Son of Greg and Christie Warmoth…has two brothers Justin and Logan…Logan currently plays baseball at North Carolina…his other brother, Justin, played collegiate baseball at Embry-Riddle…earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from Stetson in May 2015…born on June 4, 1992.
