Senior Season (2015):

Finished the season with a 24-10 record, giving her the third most wins on the team…saw action on all 5 courts…paired with four teammates on the season…went 15-4 with Melanie Pavels, 5-2 with Katherine Plessy, 2-0 with Kayla Joyce and 2-4 with Stephanie Pellitteri…opened the season with Pellitteri playing all six matches at the No. 2 position…paired with Plessy and earned a point in FSU’s 3-2 victory over Loyola Marymount (March 13) at the No. 2 position…posted a 6-0 record at the Gamecock Invitational pairing with both Joyce and Plessy…opened the invitational paired with Joyce at the No. 5 position to defeat Arizona State and Tulane (March 20) in straight sets…paired with Plessy for the remainder of the invitational and went 4-0, all in straight sets…joined forces with Pavels beginning in late March…recorded a straight set victory over FAU’s McIntosh/Shoaff for their first win at the No. 1 spot…won every match during the Fiesta at Siesta Key, including winning the Gold bracket on Day 2 after going 2-0 against Georgia State to finish at the top…put together a 12-match win streak with Nyquist over a two-week span in April winning 10 of those matches in straight sets…played at the No. 1 position in both matches with Nyquist at the AVCA National Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala….dropped a tough opening round match to No. 3 FIU (May 1) in a thrilling three sets (15-21, 22-20, 16-18)…followed with a straight set loss (20-22, 10-21) in the consolation round to No. 2 Hawaii (May 1)…helped the Seminoles to a tie for seventh place at the national tournament…represented the Noles in the pairs competition at the AVCA Championship with Nyquist…fell to Georgia State’s Button/Olivova in the opening round in three sets (14-21, 21-18, 13-15).

Jacksonville (2010-14):

Had a combined record with the Dolphins of 47-17, playing mostly on court one with partner Sammie Strasbaugh…won the Gold division at the Fiesta on Siesta Key Pairs Tournament…also competed in 2013 and 2014 with Strasbaugh at the AVCA National Pairs Championships in Gulf Shores, Ala….defeated Florida State’s No. 1, 2 and 3 teams with the Dolphins…also played three seasons of indoor volleyball for Jacksonville, leading the Dolphins to the Atlantic Sun regular season and conference championships in 2013…finished the 2013 indoor season with 41 aces and 273 kills.

High School:

 Two-year letterwinner as an outside hitter and right side hitter at Grapevine High School in Grapevine, Texas…named Grapevine MVP as a senior and named second team all-district…as a junior, named honorable mention all-district honors…played with 692 Beach Volleyball Club and TAV 18 VB Rags Black Club that won the Tour of Texas in 2010.


Daughter of John and Liz Nyquist…earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Jacksonville, pursuing a master’s degree in sport management at Florida State…has a brother who is training to become a cop…born June 2, 1992
