Freshman Season (2012)

Established the single-season school record for walks with 52, breaking the previous mark of 49 held by Brandi Stuart in 2002 … batted .262 with four home runs, 24 RBIs, nine doubles and 20 runs scored … recorded the highest on-base percentage on the team at .484, a mark that is 10th-best in school history … finished 10th nationally in walks per game … batted .325 against ACC competition … led the conference in walks and tied with Virginia Tech’s Courtney Liddle for the league lead in on-base percentage … as a freshman, she started 54 games at catcher and another seven as the designated player … recorded six multiple-hit games and three multiple-RBI games … reached base in 10 consecutive games … had 14 multiple-walk games, including a season-high four base-on-balls versus Georgia Tech in game one of a doubleheader on April 15 … named to the Bank of Hawaii All-Tournament Team after going 5-for-11 with two doubles, three RBIs and three runs scored … her first career home run as a Seminole came in the form of a game-winning grand slam on Feb. 24 versus Wisconsin to help FSU to a 6-2 victory at the Citrus Classic … recorded home runs against Jacksonville, Virginia and Troy … finished with four RBIs in first meeting against Wisconsin and three RBIs following a three-run home run against Troy … recorded three-hit performances against Wisconsin and Virginia … scored multiple runs against Western Carolina and UC Santa Barbara … had two doubles in a win over Virginia on March 25.

High School

Displayed incredible offensive numbers at Mother of Mercy High … set numerous school records, including ones for batting average, home runs, fielding percentage and runs scored … named a finalist for the 25th Annual LaRosa’s MVP of the Year award, which is one of the oldest preps-sports honors in the Greater Cincinnati area … led her high school squad to a 22-3 record while advancing to regionals, the best season in school history … four-time batting champion in the Girls’ Greater Cincinnati League Scarlet division … named Cincinnati Division II Softball Player of the Year as a junior … named first-team all-state, first-team all-metro and GGCL Player of the Year as a senior … second-team all-state performer in freshman, sophomore and junior seasons … earned LaRosa MVP of the Week honors in her illustrious career … invited to participate in the Club USA Tournament in Hawaii, where she won the National High School Home Run Derby.
