Closed out her career in the Garnet and Gold starting all 65 games at shortstop and recording the best offensive season of her career as the Seminoles won their sixth consecutive ACC Championship and advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals for the seventh year in a row…finished third on the team with a .350 batting average with 63 hits, nine doubles, two triples, 15 home runs, 41 RBI and a school-record 73 runs scored, which broke the previous record of 72 set by Shamalene Wilson in 1996…was one of seven different Seminole players to have at least 10 HR on the season and one of six to record at least 40 RBI…added 57 walks and 43 stolen bases…is the only player in NCAA history since 2011 (as far back as individual records were stored for the NCAA) to hit at least 15 home runs and record 40 or more stolen bases in the same season…ranks in the FSU Career Top 10 in seven different offensive categories with 155 walks (second), 211 runs (third), 451 defensive assists (t-fourth), 34 home runs (sixth), 41 doubles (t-sixth), 139 RBI (eighth) and .521 slugging percentage (10th)… along with Meghan King, Zoe Casas and Carsyn Gordon, she was a member of a senior class that posted a record of 223-40-1 in their careers, which trailed only Oklahoma for the most victories of any school in the nation from 2016-19…went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored and added two stolen bases versus UNCW on opening day (February 8)…hit a double and scored a run against UNCG (Feb 9)…had a base hit, walked, stole a base and scored two runs on February 10 against UNC Wilmington…tied a career high with three walks against South Alabama, which matched the total from a 2018 game against South Alabama…was 3-for-3 from the plate with a double, three RBI and two runs scored on February 22 against Elon…walked twice, hit a home run and scored two runs versus Lipscomb (February 22)…tied a season high with three RBI against Lipscomb on February 23 and added a double, a stolen base and two runs scored…hit a home run, stole a base and scored two runs on Feb 24 against Samford…walked twice and stole three bases on March 2 versus Toledo…set a career high with five RBI at UCF on March 4 and tied a career high with two home runs against the Knights…also, stole her 100th career SB at UCF, which moved her into sixth in FSU history…walked, stole a base and scored a run in each of the two games against Grand Canyon on March 6…hit a go-ahead, two-run home run at No. 12 Arizona on March 8 in FSU’s 5-3 win…drew two walks and scored two runs against Notre Dame on March 17…singled, stole a base and scored a run on March 19 versus Florida A&M…drew three walks, stole a base and scored three runs on March 22 against NC State…went 2-for-3 from the plate with a home run, a walk, a stolen base, three RBI and a career-high four runs scored on March 31 at Virginia…hit a single, stole a base, drew two walks and scored a run at No. 8 Florida on April 3…tied a career high with three walks on the road at Louisville on April 8, scoring a pair of runs…drew two walks and hit a two-run triple on April 14 at North Carolina…tied a career high with three walks and added two stolen bases and two runs scored on April 21 against Boston College…was 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in the series opener against Duke on April 26…tied the game with a leadoff home run to start the bottom of the first versus Duke on April 28…matched a career high with three hits at Syracuse on May 5, including a double, a stolen base and two runs scored…set a career high with four hits, including a home run, two RBI and two runs scored on May 11 in the ACC Championship Game against North Carolina…drew two walks, scored two runs and stole a base in each of the last two games of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional against USF (May 18) and South Carolina (May 19)…hit the second of four consecutive home runs on May 18 against USF, which set a school record, an NCAA Tournament record and tied the NCAA record…walked twice and scored a run in a win against No. 13 Oklahoma State in the NCAA Tallahassee Super Regional on May 24…singled, walked and stole a base against the Cowgirls on May 25.
Started all 70 games at shortstop for the Seminoles as a junior, helping lead Florida State to its first NCAA National Championship…led FSU with seven runs scored at the 2018 Women’s College World Series…recorded a .243 batting average for the season with 12 doubles, four triples, five home runs, 31 RBI, 52 runs scored, 44 walks and 33 stolen bases…the 44 walks rank ninth-most in a single season in Florida State history…was a single short of a cycle on opening day, going 3-for-4 with a double, a triple, a home run and four RBI against Portland State on Feb 9…batted 2-for-2 with a walk, a stolen base and an RBI at Texas State (2/10)…hit a double and drove in a run against Florida A&M on February 14…was 2-for-3 with a walk and two stolen bases against No. 14 Minnesota on February 17…had a double and two RBI at South Alabama on February 21…hit a double and scored a run at No. 10 Alabama on February 24…walked, stole two bases and scored a run against FGCU on March 3…scored two runs and walked twice against Hofstra (3/3)…had two walks, an RBI, a stolen base and two runs scored against Penn on March 8…scored a total of four runs and had five stolen bases over the doubleheader at North Florida on March 10…walked twice, scored a run and drove in an RBI against Syracuse on March 24…hit a double, a triple and scored a run on March 25 versus the Orange…had a double, a home run and scored twice at Georgia Tech on March 31…hit a single, walked twice and scored two runs in the series finale at GT (April 1)…finished a single short of the cycle against No. 19 Louisiana, tallying a double, triple and a home run, along with two RBI and two runs scored on April 4…drove in three runs against Pitt on April 8…hit an RBI triple and later scored a run in FSU’s 4-1 win over No. 6 Florida on April 11…walked and hit a double on April 22 versus Louisville…drew a walk and scored against Louisville in the ACC Tournament on May 10…scored a run and drove in an RBI versus Pitt in the ACC Championship Game (5/12)…singled, walked, stole a base and scored two runs against Jacksonville State on May 18…tied the game against No. 16 Auburn on May 19 with a two-out RBI single in the fourth inning…walked and hit an RBI single in the NCAA Regional Final against Jacksonville State on May 20…singled and scored in game one of the NCAA Super Regional against No. 11 LSU…drew two walks and drove in two runs on a sacrifice fly and an infield single in FSU’s 8-5 win over the Tigers in 11 innings…walked and scored a run against No. 3 UCLA on May 31 at the Women’s College World Series…hit a single, walked, stole a base and scored two runs in a 4-1 win over No. 1 Oregon on June 2 in a WCWS elimination game…hit a solo home run against UCLA on June 3 to send the Noles to their first WCWS Championship Series…walked and scored a run in FSU’s 8-3 win over No. 5 Washington on June 5 to secure the 2018 NCAA National Championship.
Started all 64 games at shortstop as a sophomore, leading the Noles to the NCAA Super Regionals for the fifth consecutive season…earned All-ACC Second Team honors as Florida State completed a perfect 24-0 record in conference play, securing their fifth-straight regular season title and fourth consecutive ACC Tournament championship…finished with a .295 batting average (52-for-176) with 11 doubles, five triples, nine home runs, 41 RBI and 41 runs scored, along with 21 walks and 23 stolen bases…had 15 multi-hit games and 11 games with multiple RBIs…batted 2-for-3 with a double, triple, two RBI and a run scored in the season opener against Lipscomb (Feb. 10)…hit a three-run home run against Furman on February 11…fell a single short of the cycle against Marshall on Feb 12, hitting a triple in the second, an HR in the fourth and an RBI double in the fifth, grounding out to third in her final AB in the sixth inning…prior to her single against FAMU on Feb 15, the first six hits of the season all went for extra bases (two 2B, two 3B, two HR)…hit a two-run home run in an 8-0 win over Nebraska in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge on February 19…walked, hit a double and scored a run against San Diego State on Feb 24…had a single, walked and stole two bases versus No. 6 UCLA on February 26…batted 2-for-3 with a stolen base and a run scored against Georgia Tech on March 3…drove in a run, scored a run, walked and stole a base in FSU’s win against GT on March 5…went 2-for-2 from the plate with a run scored and an RBI triple in FSU’s 8-0 win over North Florida on March 8…batted 1-for-1 with a sac fly, a walk and three RBI at Virginia Tech on March 10…had two hits and two RBI against Canisius on March 15 and added two more hits and four RBI later in the day against Florida Gulf Coast…posted at least one hit and one RBI in each of the three games in the Notre Dame series (March 17-19), including a home run and a double…hit a triple and scored a run at UCF on March 22…batted 2-for-3 with a double and a stolen base at Virginia on March 24…tied a career high with three hits, with a triple a stolen base and three RBI at UVA (3/26)…was 2-for-2 from the plate with a stolen base, a run and an RBI on March 31 against Pitt…walked and scored in the series finale versus Pitt on April 2…recorded three RBI and scored three runs in the first game of a doubleheader at Syracuse on April 9…hit a two-run, go-ahead home run in the sixth inning to help the Noles beat Syracuse, 6-5…had the first multi-HR game of her career in game one of the doubleheader at Troy on April 18, hitting a two-run and a solo HR in FSU’s 9-3 victory…walked twice, stole a base and scored a run against No. 25 Georgia in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional on May 20…doubled, walked and scored in FSU’s 3-1 win over LSU in the NCAA Super Regional (May 26)…had a single, a double and scored a run versus No. 18 LSU on May 28.

Austin (2/17)…went 2-for-3 in a win against No. 20 Minnesota on Feb. 20…hit an infield single and scored a run against FAMU…hit an RBI double against Bradley on Feb. 26…hit her first career home run – a two-run HR – against UC Davis on March 5…batted 5-for-9 with six RBI and five runs with a double and a home run in the series against UNC (Mar. 25-26)…went 2-for-4 with a double and RBI and two runs scored in a win against Notre Dame on April 3…hit 2-for-3 with two RBI, two runs scored and a triple in a win against Boston College on April 16…had a career day at No. 3 Auburn on April 20 in a doubleheader split of the Tigers, batting 1-for-2 with a walk and a run scored in game one and finishing game two 2-for-3 with two runs scored…had a solo home run in a 3-1 win over Virginia Tech (April 23)…went 1-for-2 with two walks, a career-high three stolen bases and three runs scored in a 16-11 win at Pitt on April 30…hit a double in all three games of the ACC Championship, including a home run against North Carolina on May 13, to earn a spot on the 2016 ACC All-Tournament Team…tied career highs with two hits and four RBI, including a three-run home run, in the first game of the NCAA Super Regional against Utah on May 27…she also made an outstanding catch at shortstop to save a run in the sixth inning…drew two walks, stole a base and scored twice in FSU’s 8-4 win over No. 14 UCLA at the Women’s College World Series…made a diving catch in the first inning against No. 2 Michigan to save a base hit in a 1-0 victory over the Wolverines…hit a three-run home run in the top of the seventh against No. 5 Auburn to tie the game and send it to extra innings in the WCWS semifinal on June 5.
Attended Heard County High School and helped lead the school to its first state championship in any sport as the Braves earned the GHSA AA title on Nov. 1, 2014…as a senior, batted .545 with 12 doubles, two triples, six home runs, 28 RBI, 35 stolen bases and 48 runs scored as she was named the AA Player of the Year…in 2013, went .539 from the plate with 13 doubles, seven triples, eight home runs and 40 stolen bases…was also named to the All-State First Team twice as well as being voted as the top athlete, among all sports, in her entire county…played with the Atlanta Vipers organization since 2008 and has earned the Stephanie Phillips award for leadership…won the PGF National Championship in 2012 and placed in the top 10 in 2013…the Vipers also finished in the top 10 of the 2010 ASA Nationals and were top 20 in 2011… member of the Beta Club and is an Honor Graduate…placed on the A/B Honor Roll all four years of high school and finished in the top 20 of her graduating class at Heard County.
