Closed out her career as a Seminole by appearing in 65 games with 64 starts as she recorded her best offensive season as Florida State won its sixth-straight ACC Championship and advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals for the seventh year in a row…batted .335 on the season with 64 hits, seven doubles, 15 home runs, 42 RBI and 66 runs scored…also added a .607 slugging percentage, 43 walks, and 15 stolen bases…was one of seven different Seminole players to have at least 10 HR on the season and one of six to record at least 40 RBI…committed just three errors in nearly 400 defensive chances on the season at first base…ranks among the FSU Career Top 10 in six categories with 38 home runs (third), 174 RBI (third), 153 walks (third), 199 runs (sixth), .558 slugging percentage (sixth) and 923 putouts (ninth)…along with Meghan King, Zoe Casas and Cali Harrod, she was a member of a senior class that posted a record of 223-40-1 in their careers, which trailed only Oklahoma for the most victories of any school in the nation from 2016-19…hit an RBI single in the first inning of FSU’s 8-0 win over UNCG on February 9…went 3-for-3 with a double, a home run, a stolen base and two runs scored against UNC Wilmington on February 10…drew two walks against RV Ohio State on February 15…hit a two-run home run versus No. 3 Oklahoma (Feb 15)…went 3-for-3 from the plate with an RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in a 9-1 win over No. 8 LSU on February 16…walked twice and scored three runs against Minnesota (Feb 16)…scored three runs on February 17 versus Florida Atlantic…batted 3-for-4 with a double, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored on February 22 against Elon…hit a pair of singles and scored two runs against Lipscomb (February 22)…walked three times and drove in three RBI against Samford (February 23)…went 2-for-2 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored on March 3 against Dartmouth…drew two walks and scored a run at UCF on March 4…went 3-for-3 from the plate with a home run, two RBI and a stolen base in game one of the doubleheader at Grand Canyon on March 6…walked, hit an RBI double and scored two runs in the second game against the Lopes…drew two walks and scored a run at No. 12 Arizona on March 8…hit a solo home run that landed in the top row of the left field bleachers at Hillenbrand Stadium on March 9…hit the fifth grand slam of her career on March 15 against Notre Dame in FSU’s 11-1 victory…drew three walks and scored a run on March 16 versus the Irish…batted 2-for-3 with two stolen bases against Florida A&M on March 19…singled, drew two walks and scored two runs versus NC State on March 22…tallied three hits and added a stolen base on March 23 against the Wolfpack…drove in three runs and had two hits, including a home run, at Virginia on March 29…batted 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored on March 31 versus the Cavaliers…hit a pair of singles, drew a walk, stole two bases and scored two runs in a win at Louisville on April 6…drew a walk in all three games of the series at UNC…went 2-for-3 with a solo home run on April 20 against Boston College…hit a home run and scored twice against Troy (April 24)…singled, drew two walks and scored a run versus Duke on April 26…walked and scored on Senior Day against Duke on April 28…had at least one hit, walk and run scored in all three games on the road at Syracuse on May 3-5…drew a walk, hit a double and scored two runs on May 11 in the ACC Championship Game against North Carolina…all three hits during the NCAA Tallahassee Regional were home runs, one each against Bethune-Cookman (May 17), USF (May 18) and South Carolina (May 19)…hit the third of four consecutive home runs on May 18 against USF, which set a school record, an NCAA Tournament record and tied the NCAA record…drew a bases-loaded walk and later scored on May 24 against No. 13 Oklahoma State in the NCAA Tallahassee Super Regional.
Started all 70 games at first base this season as she helped the Seminoles earn their first NCAA National Championship…earned a spot on the NFCA Southeast All-Region First Team and also the All-ACC Second Team…recorded a .305 batting average (62-for-203) with a team-high 60 runs scored and 54 walks…the 54 walks ranked seventh in the NCAA in 2018 and fourth in FSU single-season history…also addes 11 doubles, four triples, 12 home runs, 51 RBI and 19 stolen bases…had an outstanding opening day, posting a perfect 3-for-3 from the plate against Portland State on February 9, including two doubles, a home run, four RBI and four runs scored…tallied three hits at RV Texas State on February 10…walked three times, hit a home run and drove in two RBI versus Portland State (Feb. 10)… named ACC Player of the Week on February 13…batted 2-for-5 with a home run and two stolen bases against Minnesota on February 17…was 2-for-4 with a season-high four RBI at South Alabama on February 21…hit a solo home run in a 3-1 victory on the road at No. 10 Alabama (2/24)…was 2-for-3 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored against FGCU on March 3…batted 2-for-4 with two runs scored and two RBI against Penn on March 8…hit double, scored a run and had two RBI in the first game of a doubleheader at North Florida (3/10)…went a combined 3-for-5 from the plate in a DH against Troy, with a triple, three walks, four runs scored and one RBI…hit a solo home run in the first inning on March 25 against Syracuse…hit a career-high three doubles and tied a season-high with four RBI on April 1 at Georgia Tech…was 2-for-3 with a walk and a run scored in game one of the doubleheader with Pitt on April 6…hit a solo home run against No. 6 Florida on April 11 and later added an RBI groundout in FSU’s 4-1 win over the Gators…walked twice in both games of the April 13 doubleheader at Boston College…hit a two-run single up the middle to clinch an 8-0 win in five innings over Louisville on April 22…posted a hit in all three games of the ACC Softball Championship on May 10-12…scored a pair of runs in FSU’s 7-4 come-from-behind victory on May 10 in the ACC Tournament…drew two walks, stole two bases and scored a run against Notre Dame in the ACC semifinals…hit a walk-off, inside-the-park HR in the bottom of the eighth inning against No. 16 Auburn on May 19…set a career high with four walks and scored three times in FSU’s 10-0 win over Jacksonville State in the NCAA Regional Final on May 20…hit the go-ahead HR in the 11th inning in FSU’s game two win over No. 11 LSU in the NCAA Super Regional on May 26…walked and scored in the final game against the Tigers…had a base hit in three consecutive elimination games at the 2018 Women’s College World Series on June 2-3…hit a three-run home run against No. 3 UCLA in the NCAA semifinals on June 3, sending the Seminoles to the WCWS Championship Series for the first time in school history…had a base hit in game two of the finals against No. 5 Washington on June 5 as Florida State won the 2018 NCAA National Championship.

She had an RBI single in game one and a two-RBI single in game two…walked, hit a double and drove in two runs at Virginia Tech on March 10…went 2-for-3 with an RBI triple at Florida Gulf Coast on March 14…walked twice and scored twice versus FGCU on March 15…batted 2-for-2 with a double, an RBI and a walk at UCF on March 22…set a season high and matched a career mark with three hits at UVA on March 24, driving in four runs and scoring two of her own…hit her second home run of the season on March 26 at Virginia…had an RBI and a single on March 31 against Pitt…was part of a triple play in the sixth inning against Pitt on April 1, started by Jessie Warren at third, on to Ellie Cooper at second and finishing at first base…walked in each of the final two games of the Pitt series…hit a career-high two home runs and added four RBI at Syracuse on April 8…recorded a triple in both games of the series at South Carolina on April 14-15…was 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in the second game of the doubleheader at Louisville on April 23…hit a two-run single against North Carolina (4/29)…doubled in FSU’s 3-1 win over No.1 Florida on May 3…drove in FSU’s only run in a 3-1 loss at No. 5 Oregon on May 6…singled and scored a run versus the Ducks on May 7…went 2-for-3 with a walk, a home run and three runs scored against Virginia in the quarterfinals of the ACC Tournament (5/11)…hit a three-run home run against No. 25 Georgia on May 20 in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional…had a single, a walk and scored two runs in the regional championship game against No. 25 Georgia (5/21)…singled and scored in FSU’s 3-1 win over No. 18 LSU in the NCAA Super Regional on May 26.
Earned All-ACC Second Team honors as a freshman, appearing in 59 games and making 58 starts – 40 in right field and 18 as the designated player…batted .329 (49-for-149) on the season with 11 doubles, one triple and four home runs – three of which were grand slams…added 37 RBI and 37 runs scored, along with 26 walks and 11 stolen bases…walked and scored a run against Stephen F. Austin on February 17…hit a grand slam for the first hit of her collegiate career in the first inning against Florida A&M (2/24)…hit her second career grand slam on a perfect 2-for-2 day against UAB on Feb. 28…batted 2-for-2 with four RBI and two runs scored against UC Davis (March 5)…hit 3-for-4 with five RBI on two doubles and a grand slam against Cal State Northridge on March 6…went 1-for-3 while scoring two runs against Syracuse on March 19…batted 2-for-2 with two doubles and two walks against UNC (Mar. 26)…hit 2-for-4 with one RBI and one run scored in a win against Notre Dame on April 3…went 2-for-3 with a double, and RBI and one run scored against NC State on April 8…batted 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run in win against Boston College on April 16…drove in the first two runs of the game in FSU’s 4-3 victory at No. 3 Auburn on April 20…had a solo home run in a 3-1 victory over Virginia Tech on April 23…tied a career high with two runs scored in a 4-3 win at Pitt on April 30…drove in the first two runs of the game on a two-run single in the top of the sixth against South Carolina on May 21…hit a double and scored two runs in FSU’s 8-4 victory over No. 14 UCLA at the Women’s College World Series on June 4…went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in the Noles’ WCWS semifinal game against No. 5 Auburn on June 5.
Attended Coral Reef High School and won the FHSAA 8A state championship in 2013 and was a semifinalist in 2014…was named to the Miami-Dade County First Team in each of her first three years of high school and earned the 2014 Miami-Dade County Player of the Year award after batting .621 with seven home runs and 25 RBI…competed with the Miami Stingrays travel team, placing seventh at the Triple Crown Nationals in 2014 and equaled that finish in 2013 at the ASA 18U National tournament…in 2012, Gordon and the Stingrays finished fourth at the ASA 16U National tournament…academically, Gordon graduated with a 4.76 GPA while taking AP and honors classes and participating in the medical program at Coral Reef High School.
