FRESHMAN SEASON (2020)

Appeared in all 24 games, including 22 starts, during the 2020 season that was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic, finishing with a .33 batting average (22-for-66), with four doubles, three triples, three home runs, 16 RBI and 17 runs scored… her three triples led the team and ranked No. 21 in the NCAA…also added 10 walks, tied with Kiersten Landers for the team lead with eight stolen bases and posted a .621 slugging percentage on the season…her 22 starts were spread among five different positions – first base (8), second base (6), left field (5), shortstop (2) and right field (1) – making her just the second FSU player under Lonni Alameda to start at five different positions in one season, joining Kelly Hensley from 2013, and is the first one to do it without starting at designated player…drew a walk, singled and scored a run against No. 1 Alabama on February 7…was 2-for-2 with a triple, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored against Detroit Mercy (Feb 8)…hit a triple and a three-run home run, both in the second inning, on February 9 against Detroit Mercy…lined a single and stole a base on February 12 against Florida A&M..hit an RBI single and drew a walk on February 14 against No. 13 Minnesota…stole a base and scored a run versus Liberty (Feb 16)…walked twice, stole two bases and scored three runs on February 28 against Kent State…hit a double, a triple and drove in two runs on March 3 against Holy Cross…went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored versus Penn…hit two doubles, drove in three runs and stole a base on March 8 against Detroit Mercy.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB

Played at Riverview Sarasota High School…earned the title of Sarasota Athlete of the week in April of 2019…following her posting of a .488 batting average, a total of 84 hits, 55 RBIs, and 54 runs throughout her career, Flaherty was nominated as a 2019 HT Preps All-Area Softball Player of the Year Finalist… earned a spot on the East team in the 2019 PGF High School All-American Game… selected as the Rams Team MVP and First Team All-District honors in 2018…played club ball for the Santa Fe Inferno.
