Senior Season (2016)

Appeared in 51 games as a senior with 21 starts in the outfield as the Seminoles earned their third consecutive ACC Championship and advanced to the Women’s College World Series for the ninth time in school history…part of a senior class the never lost an ACC series, posting an 83-10 record against conference opponents and going unbeaten in all 33 series in ACC play since the start of 2013…won the ACC regular season title and reached the NCAA Super Regional round in all four seasons at FSU…batted .234 (18-for-77) with 18 RBI and 20 runs scored…added 13 walks and tied for fourth on the team with 11 stolen bases…perfect in 30 defensive chances in the outfield, including two assists…tied her career high with two walks and also scored a run in a win against St. John’s on Feb. 12…came in as a pinch hitter, earned a walk and eventually scored against LIU Brooklyn (2/13)…hit a walk-off solo home run against No. 20 Minnesota on February 20…assisted on a double play earlier in the game against the Gophers…blasted a two-run home run in her only at bat against UAB on Feb. 27…drew two walks, scored two runs and had an RBI against UAB on February 28…extended FSU’s lead at No. 13 UCLA with a pinch-hit RBI single in the fourth inning…drove in a pair of runs against UC Davis on a sacrifice fly and a bases-loaded walk on March 5…recorded a double in both games of the doubleheader against Syracuse on March 19…batted 2-for-3 with two RBI and tied a career-high with three runs scored against UNC (Mar. 26)…went 2-for-4 with three RBI against NC State on April 10…also added a career-high two stolen bases against the Wolfpack…was hit by a pitch against Pitt and drew a walk against Notre Dame in pinch-hit at bats during the ACC Tournament…tied a career-high with two stolen bases in the ACC Championship Game against Notre Dame on May 14…pinch-ran and scored on Cali Harrod’s game-tying home run in the top of the seventh against No. 5 Auburn in the WCWS semifinals on June 5.

Junior Season (2015)

Transitioned into an outfielder, making 29 total starts on the season with 22 in right field, five at first base and two in left field…saw action in 55 games overall and batted .284 (29-for-102) with eight doubles and 18 runs batted in…had 13 walks, five stolen bases and scored 22 runs…tied a career high with three hits and three runs scored as FSU defeated Florida A&M on Feb. 10…drove in an RBI against No. 12 UCLA on Feb. 21…went 2-for-3 with a walk against Boston College on February 28…hit two doubles and drove in a career-high four RBI against Coastal Carolina on March 6…drew a walk, stole a base and scored a run versus Bethune-Cookman on March 6…scored two runs in FSU’s 8-0 win over Colgate on March 17…pinch-ran and scored, and later hit an RBI double on March 22 at No. 25 Virginia Tech…went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored in the first game of a doubleheader against Pitt on March 28…batted 2-for-4 at NC State on April 3…hit a double and scored a run against No. 3 Florida on April 8…came off the bench and went 2-for-2 with a run scored at Louisville on April 12…was a reserve player in each game of the Virginia series (April 18-19) but batted 2-for-3 with a double, five RBI and three runs scored…hit an RBI single versus Pitt in the ACC Championship game on May 9…drove in a run in FSU’s game two victory over No. 8 Tennessee on May 22 in the NCAA Knoxville Super Regional and added a single and scored a run in game three later in the day.

Sophomore Season (2014)

Became the everyday starter at first base, with 52 starts at the position in her sophomore season…also added 10 starts at designated player while appearing in all 64 games…earned All-ACC Third Team honors, the second-straight season that she had been named to one of the three conference teams…batted .264 with 12 doubles, two triples, four home runs, 31 RBI and 31 runs scored…also added 21 walks and eight stolen bases…ranked fifth on the team with 10 multi-hit games…recorded a season-high three hits, including a triple, with an RBI and a run scored against UTEP on Feb. 8…went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI versus North Dakota State (2/14)…drew a season-high two walks at Alabama on March 2 as the Noles defeated the No. 11 Crimson Tide, 5-1…was a perfect 2-for-2 with a double, two RBI and a run scored as Lacey Waldrop threw a no-hitter at Virginia (3/9)…hit a three-run home run in FSU’s 5-1 victory over Boston College on March 22…hit a solo home run on the first pitch of her at bat in the fourth inning against UNC on March 30… went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI in game one of a doubleheader versus Maryland on April 5…hit two clutch doubles – one in the seventh and one in the ninth – as FSU came back from a four-run deficit in the seventh to beat Notre Dame 9-7 in nine innings on April 13…had two base hits, a stolen base and a run scored against Syracuse on April 19…made a great stretch to complete a double play on a throw from centerfield by Courtney Senas against Georgia Tech on April 27…hit a double and scored two runs in the opening game of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional against Fordham on May 16…blasted a home run to extend FSU’s lead to 6-0 and helped the Seminoles force game three in the NCAA Super Regional against Michigan on May 23…drew a walk against Baylor on May 31 in the Women’s College World Series…named an All-American by the National Strength and Conditioning Association for her diligence and accomplishments in the weight room.

Freshman Season (2013)

Had a fantastic first season as a Seminole…became the first freshman at Florida State to make the All-ACC First Team…developed into a dangerous leadoff batter…batted .320 with five home runs, 33 RBIs, 50 runs scored and 13 stolen bases…recorded a team-leading 16 doubles, tied for fourth in program history…recorded the game-winning solo home run in the top of the eighth to lift Florida State past South Alabama, 7-6, in the Mobile Regional championship game…provided the game-winning two-run home run in the top of the seventh with two outs to defeat Virginia Tech on April 20 in an ESPNU contest…one of three Seminoles to record triple-digit total bases (101)…earned FSU’s Rookie of the Year award…nearly half of her RBIs (15) came with two outs…enjoyed a 12-game hit streak from March 24 to April 14…had 19 multiple-hit games, the second-most on the team…had seven straight multiple-hit efforts from March 30-April 7 against Maryland, LSU and Boston College…added nine multiple-RBI games…started all 63 games, including 57 at first base, four at third base and two at designated player…registered her first base hit as a Seminole in going 3-for-4 with three RBIs and three runs scored against Bethune-Cookman…batted 2-for-3 with her first career home run, two RBIs and two runs scored at UCF… tied a career high with three runs scored against LIU Brooklyn…went 6-for-11 (.546) with three doubles, a home run, two RBIs, four walks and five runs scored in the season series at Maryland…was a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs scored and three RBIs in the first game of a doubleheader against Boston College…recorded a two-run double off All-American pitcher Blaire Luna in game one of the NCAA Super Regionals in Austin, Texas…had a big-hitting effort in a 6-3 win over Auburn, going 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs…finished second in the ACC with 66 base hits, fourth in runs scored, second in doubles and first in at-bats.

High School

Great offensive performer at Escambia High School…four year letterwinner for varsity softball…Pensacola News Journal Hitter of the Year in 2009, 2011 and 2012…batted .598 with 13 doubles, 40 RBIs and led the state of Florida with 15 home runs as a senior…NFCA All-Star Team member as a senior…also a 6A All-State first team player as a senior…earned player of the week honors by MaxPreps and the Pensacola News Journal as a junior…four-time Pensacola News Journal First Team player…made the Pensacola Area All-Star Team and won the home run derby event…four-time honor roll recipient…graduated high school cum laude…played club for the Wichita Mustangs and the Mobile Thrillers.


Born on July 26, 1994…majoring in Criminology…daughter of Cheryl and David East…has two brothers and two sisters…comes from a very athletic family…father played baseball at Murray State and sister (Ashley East) played softball at Rollins College…grew up with four dogs, two rabbits and two turtles…favorite movie is “Transformers”…loves to watch Impractical Jokers…favorite accessory are her necklaces…cannot live without peanut butter…aspires to be a sports lawyer…thinks that maturity, being easy to talk to and having respect for other teammates are key qualities that make a team leader…loves the New York Yankees…enjoys going to football games with her teammates…proudest moment of her life is when she found out she was going to play softball for Florida State…has a sporty style of dress…would most like to meet Derek Jeter.
