Helped the Seminoles earn an All-America nod in the 200 free relay behind a seventh place finish at the NCAA Championships in school record-setting fashion…also helped FSU earn an honorable mention in the 400 free relay with a ninth place finish behind a school record time of 2:40.70…placed 12th in the 50 free with a personal best time of 19.65 at the ACC Championships…added a 20th place finish in the 100 free at 43.60…helped the Noles win silver in 200 free relay… finished eighth in the 50 free at the GT Invite with a personal best of 19.94 and also took ninth in the 200 free (1:39.33) and tied for fifth in the 100 free (43.60)…also helped the 400 free relay set a new school record with a time of 2:51.27 (split 42.85), taking down a mark that stood since the 2009 season.


Was a relay swimmer at the NCAA Championships…finished 19th in the 100 free at the ACC Championships with a time of 43.71 which was a personal best…Placed 20th in the 50 free at 20.29 at the UGA Invite and was 12th in the 100 free at 44.03 after swimming a personal best at 43.91…also competed in the 200 free (1:43.23) and 100 back (51.07)…was selected as the Most Improved at the awards banquet…was also chosen to be captain for the 2017-18 season…also earned a nod to the All-ACC Academic Team.


Swam a career best time in the 50 free at 20.72 at the Last Chance Bulldog Invite…also posted a 45.13 in the 100 free and 51.91 in the 100 back.

High School :

A two-year swimmer Plechy was given the MVP for both seasons as a membe of ODA…also played soccer, basketball and lacrosse…was a two-season MVP in soccer.


Born Dec. 11, 1995…son of Michael and Ana Plechy…a member of National Honors Society and the honor roll..plays the trombone, trumpet and baritone and he was a part of music honors society and jazz band.
