Set two meet records at the TYR Classic in the 100 free (44.04) and 200 free (1:37.45)…also turned in the fastest 200 IM (1:49.92) …also helped the Noles win the 200 and 400 free relays…was named the ACC Swimmer of the Week (Oct.11)…won 50 free (19.82) and 200 IM (1:48.25) against Florida Southern…helped Noles place second in 200 medley relay and placed second in 200 free (1:36.06) against Georgia…also placed third in 50 free (20.21) and won 100 free (43.60) against Georgia…won 200 free (1:34.54) and the 100 free (42.83) against Georgia Tech…also helped Noles win the 200 medley and 400 free relays…was the runner-up in the 100 free (44.58) and won the 200 IM (1:48.51) against LSU…also helped the Noles win the 200 medley relay… helped the Noles to a second place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:27.31) and placed seventh in the 200 free (1:38.97) and finished second in the 100 free (44.45) and helped secure a second a place finish for the 200 free relay (1:19.57) against No.3 UF…won the 100 IM (49.19) and helped the Noles win the 200 medley and 200 free relays against Tampa…finished fourth in the 200 IM (1:43.37) 17th in the 200 free (1:34.61) and 10th in the 100 free (42.32) at the ACC Championships…also helped the Noles place fifth in the 200 free relay (1:16.82) sixth in the 400 free relay (2:50.71) seventh in the 800 free relay (6:17.12) and eighth in the 400 medley relay (3:08.08)…qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100 free (42.32). 

2021-22

Swam at NCAAs as a relay swimmer where he helped all five relays at NCAAs…anchored the 200 medley relay to bronze and an FSU record at the ACC Championships…placed 13th in the 200 free (1:34.51) 12th in the 100 free (42.75) and 15th in the 50 free (19.60)….was a part of the 400 medley relay that took seventh and the 200 free and 400 free relays that placed fifth…finished second in the 100 fly (48.50) and won the 100 breast (54.01) vs. Tampa…anchored the 200 medley relay to the Morcom Aquatics Center pool record…contributed to the new school record in the 200 medley relay, earned silver in the 100 free (42.80) and finished seventh in the 50 free (19.68) at the Georgia Tech Invitational…earned two first-place finishes in the 100 breast (55.08) and 200 free relay, a second-place finish in the 100 fly (49.35), and a third-place finish in the 200 medley relay against Florida Southern…led the Seminoles’ sweep of the 50 free (20.26), also won the 100 free (44.49), and finished second in the 200 free (1:37.82) and 400 free relay against Georgia Tech…won the 50 free (20.00) and the 100 free (44.09), and placed second in the 400 free relay against Auburn…won five events at the TYR Fall Classic including meet record-setting times in the 400 medley relay and 200 free (1:38.25) and winning performances in the 50 free (20.41), 100 free (44.87), and 400 free relay

2020-21

Tied for 14th in the 50 free at the NCAA Championships at 19.41…placed 11th in the 400 medley relay,14th in the 200 medley relay, 15th in the 200 free relay and 13th in the 400 free relay … was 29th in both the 200 free (1:34.59) and 100 free (42.83)…swam personal best times leading off the 200 and 400 free relays..finished seventh in the 200 free (1:34.32) and sixth in the 100 free (42.65) at the ACC Championships…also took 12th in the 50 free (19.58)…helped the Noles place fourth in the 200 medley and 400 free relays, fifth in the 200 free relay and sixth in the 400 medley relay…set a Morcom Aquatics Center record in the 50 free (19.76) and in the 200 medley relay (1:26.85) against LSU… also holds the 50 free pool record at 19.76…competed in the 50 free (20.97) vs. Tampa… also won the 100 free (43.69) against LSU…took bronze in the 50 free (19.75) and won the consolation heat of the 200 free (1:35.99) at the Georgia Invite…also added silver in the 100 free (42.91) and was a part of all five of FSU’s relays at the meet….set a Morcom Aquatics Center record in the 100 free (43.62) and also won the 50 free (19.96) against TCU…was the German national champion in the 50m free in June of 2021 with a FINA B standard of 22.50…CSCAA Scholar All-American

2019-20

A NCAA qualifier in the 200 free and All-American…won six medals at his first ACC Championships becoming the only freshman in school history to accomplish the feat…led off the 200 free relay to secure FSU’s second straight win in the race…also led off the 800 free relay where he set the school record and helped the Noles win bronze…anchored FSU in the 400 medley relay to silver and swam the third leg on the 400 free relay that took bronze…won bronze in the 50 free at 19.35 and  took silver in the 100 free at 42.68…also won the consolation heat of the 200 free at 1:34.17…won the 200 free (1:38.90) vs. FAU…won the 50 free (19.90). 100 free (43.69) and 200 IM (1:48.00) at LSU…was the runner up in the 50 free (20.26) and won the 100 free (44.26) and 200 IM (1:49.02) vs. Alabama…helped the Noles win the 200, 400 and 800 free relays at the GT Invite…the 200 free swam an NCAA A cut and was the fastest time in the nation…swam a personal best in the 200 IM at 1:47.03…finished third in the 50 free at 19.54, second in the 200 free (1:34.78) and third in the 100 free (42.86)…won the 50 free with a season best of 20.04 and took first in the 100 free at 44.03 in the win at RV Georgia Tech…was also second in the 200 IM at 1:49.74…won the 100 breast (56.17) and 100 free (44.51) vs. RV Minnesota…was the runner-up in the 50 free (20.37) and 100 free (44.59) vs. Duke…won the 100 free (44.97) and was second in the 100 breast (55.64) to open the season at No. 12 Notre Dame…tied for 39th at the 2019 US Open in the 50m free at 23.08, placed 32nd in the 100m breast (1:02.93)  and was 13th in prelims in the 100m free (49.95) with an FINA B standard…voted as FSU’s Rookie of the Year…All-ACC Academic Team

 

BEFORE FSU

Has represented Germany internationally where he was a part of the team that set a national record in the 4×100 mixed medley relay at the 2018 LEN European Junior Swimming Championships…added silver in the 4×100 medley relay and bronze in the 4×100 free relay…individually he finished 11th in semifinals of the 50m free (23.01) and was seventh in the 100 free (50.15)…also competed at the European Championships in 2018 where he split 49.17 going third on Germany’s 4×100 free relay that took seventh…was the German Junior National Champion in the 50m fly in 2018…competed at the 2017 FINA World Junior Championships where he placed 24th in the 50m free (23.37)…also helped Germany place sixth in the 4×100 free relay where he split 49.41…was also on the 4×100 medley relay team.
