PERFORMANCE PROFILE

Second-year Seminole will be a sophomore indoors and a redshirt freshman outdoors in 2020…expected to have an impact after making significant gains in the weight room and technically…was a three-time high school state champion who helped Hallandale to back-to-back 2A Florida team titles…should be a conference scorer in both the shot put and discus and contend for NCAA postseason berths.

2020

Indoor: Advanced to the finals of the shot put in all five meets he competed in…capped off season with a lifetime-best at the ACC Championships, placing third with a mark of 18.02 meters (59-1.5), which places his seventh on FSU’s all-time list…the final day performance helped the Noles run away to their third consecutive ACC team title…big breakthrough came at Tiger Paw Invitational when he placed second with a mark of 17.82m (58-5.75)…that was one of three new PBs on the year, which began with an opening 17.61m throw at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

 

2019

Indoor: Competed in three meets for the Noles, all in the shot put…was fourth in his debut at the Orange & Purple Elite 15.38m/50-5.5)…finished fifth at the Bob Pollock Invitational…enjoyed his best showing at the Tiger Paw Invitational with a collegiate-best throw of 15.47m (50-9.25). Outdoor: Competed unattached as he sat out the year as a redshirt…won the discus at the FSU Relays with a throw of 53.36m (175-1) and was seventh in the shot put (15.44m/50-8).

PERSONAL:

Tenth-ranked discus thrower nationally in 2018 with a personal-best mark of 59.64m (195-8), which was No. 2 in Florida…owned Florida’s top mark in the shot put – 19.24m (63-1.5) – which ranked No. 21 nationally…claimed 2A state titles in both events…won his first state title in 2016 as a sophomore in the discus…played three years of varsity basketball and football…son of Sharon and Milton Ingraham…undecided on major…born December 22, 1999.
