Outdoor: Finished 14th in the 1500m run (3:48.19) at the ACC Championships…Clocked in at 3:48.69 in the 1500m run to finish fourth at the UNF Invitational…Finished 12th in the 1500m run at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 3:44.95…Finished seventh in the 1500m with a time of 3:45.32 at the Florida Relays… Finished third in the 1500m with a time of 3:48.63 at the Florida State Relays.

2020-21

Cross Country: Finished ninth overall at the Mountain Dew Invitational (25:24.16)…did not participate at the FSU Invitational…finished 37th overall at the UAB Blazer Classic with an 8k personal-best time (24:42.16)…placed 62nd at the ACC Championships with a personal best at 24:27.6

Outdoor T&F: Opened his outdoor season at the Pepsi Florida Relays in the 1500 finishing 22nd (3:56.51)…placed 14th at UF Tom Jones Invitational in the 1500 (3:49.70)…recorded a personal best in the 1500 (3:43.94) at the North Florida Invite and placed 11th in the 800 (1:51.00)…finished 20th overall in the 1500 (3:49.10) at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships…qualified for the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round in the 1500 finishing 39th (3:49.89).

2019-20

Cross Country: Lined up in three meets…turned in an impressive performance at the Covered Bridge Open, finishing eighth overall with an 8k time of 25:57.0 in an FSU win…also made starts at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational and ACC Championships. Indoor: Capped productive season with sixth-place contribution to the Noles’ ACC Championship title in the 800 (1:51.02), good for second-team All-ACC honors…checked in at No. 10 on FSU’s all-time list of milers with his 4:05.08 effort at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…opened season by contributing a leg to the winning DMR (9:40.80), which ranks No. 4 all-time in FSU history.

 

2018-19

Cross Country: Finished seventh overall – fourth among Noles – at the season-opening Covered Bridge Open 8k (25:48.8) with a 90-second improvement over his debut on the same course a year earlier…posted a five-mile personal-best at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (25:45.8) as the Noles No. 7 runner…also competed at the UAB Blazer Challenge. Indoor: competed at five meets, recording new personal-bests in the 1000m (2:24.57) at the Orange & Purple Elite and the mile (4:11.80) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational…ran 1200m leg on the ninth-place ACC Championship DMR and also competed in the 800 prelims. Outdoor: competed in only the ACC Championships, failing to advance from the 800 prelims.

 

2017-18

Cross Country: Represented the Noles for the first time in the fall, competing in three meets…top finish came at the FSU Invitational, where he placed 15th with an 8k personal-best of 25:46.2. Indoor: Busy slate included six meets, primarily in the 800…ran season-best 1:50.74 to place eighth at the Razorback Invitational…handled the 800-meter leg of the DMR at the ACC Championships as the Noles finished eighth (9:46.05) with the No. 6 time in program history as FSU won the team title. Outdoor: Opened campaign with the personal-best 3:53.23 in the 1500 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational…focused exclusively on the 800 the rest of the way…finished third at Auburn’s Tiger Track Classic (1:50.85)…season-best 1:50.83 came in victory at the Seminole Twilight.

2016-17

Cross Country: Spent the fall building his distance base for the track & field season while taking a redshirt. Indoors: Competed in six meets, highlighted by his performance at the ACC Championships…handled the 800 leg on FSU’s school-record and ACC runner-up DMR (9:33.39) on the opening night of competition…came back a day later with an 800 PB (1:50.70) in the prelims; 11th fastest but just shy of the finals…a fierce racer, he was second in his collegiate 800 debut at the Clemson Invitational and followed with his first career win in a PB at Iowa’s Larry Wieczorek Invitational…lowered his personal-best in the 800 in each of his next three meets and remained a fixture on the DMR throughout the season. Outdoors: Sat out as a redshirt, competing unattached on a limited basis.

Personal:

Brought high school personal-bests of 1:53.03 (800) and 4:16.74 (1600) into the program…his 800 PB came en route to the state title while his 1600 best – an eight-second PB – was registered in the 2016 final…played soccer for Columbus as a freshman and sophomore…selected to National Honor Society as a senior…currently in FSU’s exploratory program…strong student who has earned All-ACC Academic honors…closing on his degree in finance…born Nov. 20, 1997.
