Outdoor: Ran a season-best 10.50 in the 100m dash to finish 13th at the ACC Championships…Ran a 10.53 (-1.7) in the 100m dash at the UNF Invitational…Finished sixth in the 100m dash at the South Florida Invitational with a time of 10.54…Competed in 200m (22.19) for 12th place and second in the 4×400 relay (3:15.81) at the Florida State Relays…Earned 16th place in the 200m (22.02) at the Hurricane Invitational

Indoor: Started his season at the Clemson Opener where he finished 16th in the 60m with a time of 6.99.


Outdoor T&F: Competed in two meets during the 2021 season staring with the North Florida Invite where he finished 31st in the 100 (10.98 (-1.1))…placed 15th overall in the 100 (10.70 (1.0)) at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.


Indoor: Capped remarkable debut season with the Noles by placing fifth in the 60-meter dash at the NCAA Indoor Championships, for his first All-American honor…helped Noles to a tie for sixth place…finished fourth in the 60 and second in the 200 on the final day of the ACC Indoor Championships, earning a pair of first-team All-ACC honors and leading the Noles to a share of the team title…he was voted ACC Men’s Freshman of the Year and also earned a spot on the All-ACC Academic team…won the 200 at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational in his first indoor appearance in the event, finishing in 20.90, which ranks No. 10 all-time at FSU and is the Haiti national record…laid down a blazing 6.59 in the 60-meter dash final at the Texas Tech Classic to place fourth for a share of the No. 8 spot in FSU’s rich history and the first of three Haitian national records he would set in 2019…served notice of big things in his debut when he backed up a 6.64 60-meter prelims run with an NCAA berth-clinching 6.60 in the final to place second. Outdoor:  Reaffirmed his status as a big-meet performer at the NCAA Outdoor Championships when he ran 10.06 in the 100-meter final – No. 8 in FSU history and a Haitian national record – to place fifth overall…that performance followed his brilliant leadoff leg in the 4×100, sending the Noles on to a second-place finish in 38.08 which established new ACC and Florida State records, and also broke the previous NCAA record…qualified 11th in the 100 out of the NCAA East Preliminary in 10.22 and ran 4×100 leadoff leg which produced the No. 2 qualifying time…finished third in the 100 at the ACC Championships and was part of the title-winning 4×100 relay team…made his outdoor debut in late-April by running 10.50 in the 100 at the Tom Jones Memorial…named ACC Men’s Freshman of the Year.


Served notice early in his Piper High School career when he powered his way to the 2016 4A state 100-meter title as a sophomore, running 10.67 into a significant headwind (-1.9) at IMG Academy…it was the fastest time on the day among all four classifications, beating a host of stars including Anthony Schwartz, Tyrese Cooper, Lavonte Valenting and Chauncy Smart…proved to be his only state championship appearance in three seasons of competition…officially credited with personal-best of 10.49 but has a wind-aided 10.30 (2.6) to his credit…a 3-star defensive back recruit with multiple college offers, he chose track & field as his sport of choice…member of National Honor Society at Piper…also won scholar-athlete of the year award…son of Paul Rincher and Kathy Grube (stepmother), and Luvana Cadet (mother)…plans to major in sport management…born Sept. 10, 1998.
