Indoor T&F: Officially began his indoor season at the Bob Pollock Indoor Invitational where he finished 11th in the 200 with a personal best time of 22.04 and helped the 4×400 place third with a time of 3:09.14…26th in the 400 (48.93) at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships and placed fifth in the 4×400 (3:11.21).
Outdoor T&F: Competed at FSU Relays finishing eighth in the 400 (47.73) and placed fourth in the 4×400 (3:15.70)…took seventh at UF Tom Jones Invitational in the 400 (48.10)…closed out his season at the North Florida Invite finished 23rd in the 400 (49.42).
Indoor: Competed in five meets, including the ACC Championships where he pitched in a leg on FSU’s runner-up 4×400 relay which posted the No. 10 time in program history (3:07.53)…was also a part of the Noles’ No. 4 all-time DMR (9:40.80), which was turned in at the Bob Pollock Invitational…lowered his 400-meter personal best each time out, capped by his 47.71 at the Tiger Paw Invitational.
A three-year member of the track & field team at Columbus…in addition to fourth-place 400-meter finish at the 2019 state meet, was also fifth in the 200…has a 200-meter dash PB of 21.45…will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on the ACC level individually and also on the 4×400 relay…strong together three consecutive 400 final victories as a senior – Sam Burley Invitational, Miami Invitational and GMAC…in addition to track & field also participated in rugby and held down a job as a lifeguard…the son of Valerie Waiters…plans on majoring in criminology at FSU…born Dec. 21, 2000.
