SENIOR (2017):

Wrapped up a solid senior campaign with her third 400+ dig season, earning a career-high 114 assists to back up the Seminoles’ primary setters … Her 4.37 digs per set in her senior season places sixth in the program’s rally scoring history… Finished her career with 1405 digs, which is the third-most earned in FSU’s rally scoring history … Woie helped make the Florida State defense one of the best in the conference, picking up 296 digs in the ACC season, which is the ninth-most digs earned by a Seminole in the conference season … her 892 career digs in ACC play ranks third in FSU’s all-time ACC records … her 4.24 digs per set ranked fifth in the conference … Started off her senior season with a combined 77 digs (5.50 per set) and 15 assists at the season-opening Baylor Invitational … set a rally scoring era record with 40 digs against Illinois State, passing Summer Weissing’s previous record of 37 against NC State in 2006 … Those 40 digs against Illinois State is the second-most earned by any Seminole in program history, following Julie Todd’s 42 digs against Florida in 1987 … Woie led the Seminoles with a combined 40 digs at the Home2 Suites Tallahassee Seminole Invitational to help FSU go 2-1 on the weekend … Led the team with 18 digs against Auburn to lead the Noles to a five-set victory…Supported both the offense and defense in the team’s conference opening weekend, recording 24 digs and five assists to defeat Virginia and Virginia Tech… Set a career record with nine assists in FSU’s four-set victory over Duke … Led the Seminoles in digs in the team’s last seven matches of the season … Recorded 20 + digs in six matches … Finished the season in the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in her career, and recorded 31 digs in FSU’s First Round match against Washington State … 31 digs in a match ranks 7th in FSU’s rally scoring history, ties for 13th in program history and is tied for the most digs earned by a Seminole in the NCAA Tournament (Franci Rard had 31 against DePaul in 1993) … Her 111 career digs in the NCAA Tournament ties the second-most amassed in FSU’s Tournament history, tying Katie Horton’s 111 career digs.

JUNIOR (2016):

Finished the regular season ranked in the top five of four major categories including digs (500-1st), digs/set (3.97-1st), assists (108-3rd) and assists/set (0.86-3rd) … capped off ACC action by ranking among the team leaders in digs (336-1st), digs/set (4.31-1st), assists (70-3rd), assists/set (0.90-3rd) … left her mark on the record books this season as she became the fourth different Seminole to record at least 500 digs in a single season in the rally scoring era … teamed with Katie Horton, who tallied 416 digs, to become the fifth tandem in the rally scoring era to have at least 350-plus digs in the same season … ended the campaign with eight 20-dig outings, the most in a single-season in the rally scoring era since Summer Weissing tallied eight in 2007 …anchored the back row for the Seminoles in their sweep of UCF (Aug. 27) by posting 16 digs and contributing three assists … emerged with 14 digs and seven assists in Florida State’s clash with No. 16 Texas A&M (Sept. 1) in the opening round of the Puerto Rico Clasico … was responsible for team-high 15 digs in five-set victory over Alabama (Sept. 2) … tied her season-high in digs (16) in a match with No. 6 Minnesota in the Puerto Rico Clasico … emerged with two double-digit dig performances in the Home2Suites by Hilton Tallahassee Seminole Tournament where she closed with 11 against Baylor (Sept. 8) and 10 in a sweep of Little Rock (Sept. 9) … was one of four Seminoles to top double-digit digs against Florida (Sept. 14) as she came through with 11 … capped off the three-set win over LSU with a team-high 12 digs to go along with two assists … wrapped up a nine-dig outing against Miami (Sept. 23) by helping the Seminoles finish with a 37-26 advantage in digs … helped FSU avenge a 2015 home loss to Louisville with 10 digs, four assists and one service ace versus the Cardinals (Sept. 25) … finished with a team-high 14 kills as FSU posted 42 digs against Syracuse (Sept. 30) … capped off the win over Boston College (Oct. 2) with nine digs … established a new career-high in digs (28) in a four-set win over NC State (Oct. 9) … led the way for the Noles back row with 12 digs in the five-set win over Virginia Tech (Oct. 14) … wrapped up the four-set win over Pittsburgh (Oct. 16) with a team-high 13 digs … reached double figure digs for the 15th time this season as she came through with 11 digs in the sweep of Virginia (Oct. 21) … one of the defensive leaders for the Seminoles with 13 digs in the four-set win over Louisville (Oct. 28) … recorded a career-high 29 digs as she tied her career-high in assists (seven) to help lead Florida State to a four-set victory over Notre Dame (Oct. 30) … contributed 19 digs and three assists for the Seminoles against NC State (Nov. 4) … eclipsed the 20-dig plateau for the third time this season after finishing with 23 against. No. 12 North Carolina (Nov. 6) … extended her season-long double-digit dig streak to seven straight matches after a pair of 20-dig outings at Boston College (22 digs) and Syracuse (25 digs) … was a solid defender throughout the four-set win over Boston College (Nov. 11) as she closed with 22 of the team’s 63 total digs … capped off her third straight 20-dig outing in a four-set victory against Syracuse (Nov. 13) by recording 25 … tied her single-match career-high in digs (29) at Duke (Nov. 18) as she topped 20 digs for the fourth straight match … showcased her diversity for the Seminoles, finishing with five assists and nine digs in a win at Wake Forest (Nov. 20) … closed out the victory over Clemson (Nov. 23) with 16 digs and five assists … wrapped up the regular season with her seventh 20-dig outing of the season (27) along with a single-match career-high eight assists versus Georgia Tech (Nov. 25) … opened the NCAA Tournament with 14 digs and one assist as the Seminoles earned a four-set victory over Cincinnati (Dec. 2) … closed out the five-set come-from-behind victory over Florida (Dec. 3) with 19 digs and five assists as Florida State advanced to the Sweet 16 for the ninth time in program history … posted her eighth 20-dig outing as she finished with a team-high 21 digs versus Stanford (Dec. 9) at the Sweet 16. Woie tied marks previously set by Summer Weissing (2007) and Katie Mosher (2013) for the most single-season 20-dig outings in the process. 


Capped off the season by finishing in the top five on the team in five categories including digs (412-1st), digs/set (3.46-1st), assists (107-3rd), assists/set (0.90-4th) and service aces (13-5th) … her solid ACC campaign ranked her in the top five on the team in four categories including digs (248-1st), digs/set (3.49), assists (62-3rd) and assists per set (0.87-4th) … topped double digit in digs for the first time in her Seminole career as she finished with 14 against Oklahoma (Aug. 28) in the Omni Hotels Colorado Classic … notched a match-high 20 digs in a sweep of San Diego (Aug. 29), also in the Omni Hotels Colorado Classic … began a string of five straight double figure dig matches by finishing with 11 at Florida A&M (Sept. 12). She followed with 16 (vs. Xavier), 10 (vs. Texas A&M), 11 (at {5} Florida) and 10 (vs. Miami) as the Noles were 4-1 in that stretch … established her career-high in digs (23) as she teamed with Nicole Walch (27) to anchor the back row effort against Duke (Oct. 9) … responsible for a team-high 21 digs as the Seminoles earned their eighth all-time victory at North Carolina in five sets. It marked her first of six double-digit dig outings, the longest stretch in her career, as she had 12 (at NC State), 11 (vs. Syracuse), 10 (at Pittsburgh), 13 (at Virginia Tech) and 13 (at Miami) … tied Katie Horton in digs (17) as the Seminoles battled to five sets with No. 22 Louisville (Nov. 15) in Tully Gym … followed that performance with 11 digs and two service aces, which tied her season high, against Wake Forest (Nov. 20) … reached 20 digs for the fourth time in 2015 as she tallied 20 in a five-set victory at Georgia Tech (Nov. 25) … capped off the regular season with 16 digs at Clemson (Nov. 17), extending her consecutive double figure digs streak to five dating back to Nov. 15 against Louisville … had a solid opening match in the NCAA Tournament when she emerged with eight digs against Arizona State (Dec. 3) … capped off the season with 17 digs in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against in-state rival Florida (Dec. 4).

FRESHMAN (2014):

Saw action in 32 sets where she posted 17 digs and one service ace … made her collegiate debut against Iowa State (Aug. 31), making one dig … came off the bench to play one set against Miami (Oct. 5), posting one dig … finished with two digs against NC State (Oct. 12) as she played multiple sets for the second time in her Florida State career … tallied a season-high four digs in Florida State’s sweep of Boston College (Nov. 21) … had two kills in back-to-back matches against Clemson (Nov. 26) and Miami (Nov. 28) … played one set in the Noles’ NCAA Tournament match with Alabama (Dec. 5), finishing with one dig … ended her season by playing one set against Brigham Young (Dec. 12) in the NCAA Tournament.


Earned a spot the Norwegian national team after being a member of the junior national team for five years … made her senior national team debut in May of 2014 by playing in the first round of qualification for the 2015 CEV Volleyball European Championships … named the NEVZA (Nothern European Volleyball Zonal Association) “Best Libero” at both the 2011 and 2012 tournaments … captured silver in the NEVZA for the 2011 and 2012 tournaments … won the gold medal at the Norwegian Club National Championships with ØKSIL volleyball in 2014 after five runner-up finishes in previous seasons, where she was a three-time “Best Libero” at the event (2011, 2012, 2014) … named the MVP at the Norwegian Club Regional Championships in 2014 … selected to compete at the U19 World Championships in 2013 in beach volleyball … captured the Norwegian National Championship in 2010 when she was partnered with her sister.


Born Jan. 13, 1995 … daughter of Hanne and Henning Woie … majoring in criminology … was also a soccer player for 10 years … has a twin sister … integral in winning the Norwegian Club National Championships after suffering five-straight finals against the same team.
