Scored points at the ACC Championships by placing 23rd in the 1650 free behind a career best time of 16:58.19…also competed in the 500 free (4:54.40) and 200 free (1:50.84) tied for 14th place in the mile at the UGA Invite with a time of 16:59.16.
A native of Brazil, Andrade resides in Jacksonville, Fla. where she attended Bolles where she is a two-time state champion…. a member of the Brazilian junior national open water and swim team member…earned Scholastic All-American honors as a junior…a junior national qualifier in the 200 free.
Born June 3, 1998…daughter of Rodrigo Furtado Andrade and Ana Cristina Ribas Andrade…earned First and Second honors at Bolles where she is also a member of the National Honors Society…entire family lives in Brazil and she is the first to study abroad…a member of the Bolles School Sharks where she is coached by Jon Sakovich.
