Cross Country: Finished 32nd overall at the Mountain Dew Invitational (23:22.44)…ran a time of 19:13.7 at the FSU Invitational…did not participate at the UAB Blazer Classic.

2019-20

Cross Country: Turned in an encouraging fall season…ran the two fastest 5k cross country times of her career…opened up with a personal-best of 19:09.8 to finish 10th at the UAH Charger Open, helping Noles to the team title…backed it up at the FSU Invitational when she ran 19:14.3 to place 55th in a huge field…stepped up to the 6k distance for the first time and delivered a 22:19.0 at the Blazer Classic. Indoor: made her indoor debut and lone appearance in the 3000-meter run at the Orange & Purple Elite, finishing in 10:43.00.

Freshman joins the Noles on the heels of a banner senior season at Palmetto Ridge where she was MVP for both the cross country and track & field teams…finished 44th at the 3A state cross country championships and placed seventh at the FACA Senior All-Star Classic, helping the West team to victory…was Collier County Conference champion in the 3200…owns PBs and school records in the 1600 (5:20.51), 3200 (11:22.74)…owns 5k cross country best of 19:45.09…member of National Honor Society and  Mu Alpha Theta…AP Scholar with Honors…intends to major in retail entrepeneurship…the daughter of Keith and Karen Palmer…born November 6, 2000.
