Indoor: Injury limited her indoor season to just three meets…top performance came at Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoor: found groove midway through outdoor campaign…won Crimson Tide Invitational with season-best leap of 3.97 meters (13-0.25), securing NCAA East berth…followed with a runner-up finish at the Tom Jones Memorial (3.85m/12-7.5)…matched career-best ACC Championships finish (11th) and wrapped up campaign by posting career-best 26th-place finish at NCAA East (3.92m/12-10.25).
Indoor: Competed in four events, including the ACC Indoor Championships…posted season-best clearance of 3.70 meters (12-1.50) in a fifth-place finish at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational. Outdoor: Posted top-eight finishes in five of seven meets…season-best clearance of 4.00m (13-1.5) came in second-place effort at Auburn’s Tiger Track Classic…cleared 3.93m (12-10.75) at the NCAA East Preliminary, her best postseason mark as a Seminole.
Indoor: Cleared the number nine height in Florida State history at 3.80m(12’5.5″) to place second at the Clemson Indoor Invitational… placed 17th in the ACC Championships with a clearance of 3.66m(12’0″) to finish off her indoor season. Outdoor: Consistent top 10 finisher…. recorded her personal best and No. 5 FSU all time clearance of 4.02m (13’2.25”) which earned her first place at the Seminole Twilight meet… Placed 11th in the ACC Championships with an East Preliminary qualifying jump of 3.73 (12’2.75″).
Undefeated during her senior season at Winter Park High, capturing the 2016 4A FHSAA state title with a winning leap of 3.81 meters (12-6)…high school personal-best of 3.86 meters (12-8), set the 2016 Jacksonville Landing Street Vault…a two-time Metro Conference, district and regional pole vault champion (2015-16)…claimed Florida Relays title last season as well…earned USATF All-American honors in 2015 and AAU Junior Olympic All-American honors in 2016…placed third at the 4A FHSAA state meet as a junior…graduated with a weighted 4.7 gpa and an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma…daughter of Michael and Stephanie Breske…completing her FSU degree in hospitality and tourism this spring, where she has been a fixture on the ACC Academic honor roll…born February 25, 1998.
