Redshirt sophomore made her second NCAA Indoor Championships appearance, this time as a member of the ninth-place 4×400 relay to earn second-team All-American honors…has competed in only three meets since returning from injury, after missing nearly all of the 2014 indoor and outdoor seasons…anchored FSU’s qualifying 4×400 to victory at Alex Wilson Invitational in 3:35.25; second-fastest in program history…ranks No. 2 all-time among Noles in the 400 hurdles (56.81) and No. 3 in the indoor 400 (53.42).


Competed in three indoor meets before suffering season-ending foot injury…still managed a lifetime-best 53.42 400 at Cherry & Silver Invitational…was awarded a medical hardship for both indoor and outdoor seasons. 2013: Outstanding freshman season capped by second-team All-American honors at NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, where she finished 12th…was ACC runner-up in 400 hurdles…ran collegiate-best 58.20 in 400 hurdles at Florida Relays…also a key member of FSU’s NCAA East-qualifying 4×400 relay…made her mark initially indoors, claiming first-team All-American honors on fourth-place DMR at NCAA Indoor Championships with 53.10 400 leg…was member of ACC champion and record-setting DMR (10:57.41)…also finished sixth in 400 at ACC Indoor Championships, despite getting knocked down and closed meet with a leg on the runner-up 4×400 relay…was named ACC Freshman Track Athlete of the Year.


Earned three medals as the captain of Canadian team for 2013 Junior Pan Am Games in Medellin, Colombia…registered lifetime-best marks of 52.68 in the 400 and 56.81 in the 400 hurdles, while also contributing to podium 4×400 relay…selected as the 2012 Female Track Athlete of the Year for the province of Alberta, Canada…placed eighth at 2011 World Youth Championship and ninth at 2012 World Junior Championships in the 400 hurdles…won female athlete of the year honors at Medicine Hat High School…has held Canadian Junior/Youth records in 400 hurdles, 300 hurdles and indoor 400…also served as assistant coach for track at Medicine Hat High…majoring in business at FSU…an honor roll student throughout high school…born June 20, 1994.
