Has climbed the ranks from walk-on B-teamer to top seven performer over the last two years…earned her way onto the ACC and NCAA South Region Championship travels rosters last season…carried that momentum to the track where she seemingly turned out a personal-best in every start.


Cross Country: Arguably the most improved contributor in the program…earned her first postseason roster berths to the ACC and NCAA South Region Championships…lowered her 5k XC personal-best in each of her first three races over that distance, capped by 18:04.4 at the FSU Invitational…set new 6k XC PB at South Region (21:51.8). Indoor: Maintained momentum from cross country…opened with a 3000m PB at Orange & Purple Invitational (10:18.16)…twice established new PBs in the mile, highlighted by 5:01.00 at the Razorback Invitational, capping a 16-second improvement from previous season. Outdoor: Opened with massive 1500m PB (4:37.33) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational…cut her teeth in the 3000m steeplechase where she recorded a new PB at the season-ending Seminole Twilight (11:16.16).



Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the first time as a Seminole…opened up in 19:45.7 at the Mountain Dew Invitational; nearly a two-minute PB over 5k…followed up even faster at FSU Invitational (19:34.3)…also ran her first 6k at the Crimson Classic. Indoors: Saw action in the first two indoor meets of her career…opened up with an impressive 5:14.39 mile at the Clemson Invitational; an 18-second improvement on her high school 1600 PB…ran 10:23.13 3000 at the Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoors: Competed in five meets and continued her upward trend…collegiate-best 4:48.11 1500 came at FSU Relays…opened her outdoor season with the 5000 PB (18:25.55) at the Yellow Jacket Invitational.



Outdoor: Competed in one meet, running the 1500 at the FSU Relay (5:38.67)…did not compete indoors. Cross Country: Saw action in two meets, running 21:41.2 in FSU debut at Mountain Dew, then following with a 22:03.7 at the FSU Invitational.


A four-year member of the Cocoa Beach cross country and track & field program in high school…strong student who is majoring in biomathematics…earned a spot on the ACC Academic Honor Roll in 2016-17…enjoys skateboarding in her free time…born March 12, 1997.
