Senior is coming off a strong track season and laid the foundation for her final cross country campaign while training in Kenya over the summer…well-rounded student-athlete who is extremely active in the campus community and also excels in the classroom…will battle for a spot in her fourth ACC Cross Country Championship meet…owns more cross country race starts as a Nole than anyone on the roster.


Cross Country: Toed the line in five meets for the Noles, including the ACC Championships…registered her best finish (11th) at the FSU Invitational with a 5k personal-best of 18:28.1 at the Apalachee Regional Park course…dipped under 22 minutes for the first time at the 6k Crimson Classic (21:59.6) to place 62nd overall; No. 2 on the team. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Focused almost exclusively on the 5000m run and made grade strides in five meets…posted lifetime-best (17:35.44) at the North Florida Invitational to place fourth…that marked the third consecutive meet where she improved on her season-best time…placed third at the Seminole Twilight in her season finale.



Cross Country: Posted her best team finish – third – in the season-opening Covered Bridge Open (19:16.40)…followed up with an 18:29.5 5k at the adidas XC Challenge, placing 30th overall and fifth on team…was No. 5 scorer and 19th overall at the FSU Invitational…closed season as No. 6 finisher at ACC Championships and No. 7 at South Region. Indoors: Ran a pair of 5000-meter races at Clemson, including her indoor season-best 18:05.17 at the Clemson Invitational, where she was second overall…finished third two weeks later at the Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoors: Turned in her most consistent season on the track over the course of five meets, capped by her SB 17:53.12 5000 at the Seminole Twilight…posted a new PB in the 1500 at the FSU Relays…was well on the way to shattering her PB in the 10,000 at the season-opening FAMU Relays when she lost a shoe and was forced to pull out.



Cross Country: In the varsity lineup for six meets…posted season-best 5000 (18:39.7) at Coast to Coast Battle in Beantown…top performance at 6000m came at home in the ACC Championships where she finished fifth among Noles in 22:03.8 to place 67th. Indoor: competed in three meets and established new personal-best in the 3000m at the UAB Blazer Invitational (10:23.59) and the 5000 at the Conference Clash/Power 5 Inivite (17:52.32). Outdoor: saw action in six meets outdoors…had season-bests of 37:38.20 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays and 17:46.63 in the 5000 at the Seminole Invitational…placed 16th in the 10,000 when FSU hosted the ACC Championships.


Distinguished student academically, graduating Suma Cum Laude from Lake Mary…selected to both the National Honor Society and the Spansh Honor Society…on the Principal’s Honor Roll all four years…four-year member of the debate club…three-year class officer, serving as the senior class president…also competed on the weightlifting team as a freshman…capped her senior season at Lake Mary by winning the FACA Senior All-State cross country title at the ARP, after placing sixth at the 4A state championship meet on the same course…placed fourth at the 2015 4A state track & Field meet in the 3200, improving from sixth as a junior…won multiple district, conference and team MVP honors…earned third-team Footlocker South honors in 2014…majoring in political science…born Nov. 2, 1996.
