Enters senior year with momentum after establishing herself as one of the ACC’s finest 400-meter runners in 2019…established new career-bests in the 400 (indoors and outdoors) as well as the 200 outdoors…will play an integral role on the 4×400 relay and the distance medley as the Noles pursue NCAA Championship berths.



Indoor: Continued to perform well on the ACC Championship stage, posting a 400m PB (53.37) in the prelims, which moved her to No. 4 on FSU’s all-time list; was seventh in the final…followed up by helping the Noles to a third-place finish in the 4×400…broke 54-second barrier for the first time indoor at the Tiger Paw Invitational…led off the seventh-fastest 4×400 (3:37.66) at the Bob Pollock Invitational…opened the year season with a personal-best 38.47 300m at the Orange & Purple Elite.



Indoor: Made huge gains over the course of the season, taking nearly two full seconds off her 400-meter personal-best…capped season with monster effort at ACC Indoor Championships, where she split 53.60 on the Noles’ runner-up DMR, qualified third for the 400 finals in PB (53.91) and placed seventh in the final…also ran strong anchor on 4×400 relay as the Noles finished second in the team battle…tuned up with a then PB (54.63) for third at the Tiger Paw Invitational, which was her first sub-55 indoor effort. Outdoor: carried momentum into the outdoor season which concluded with her first NCAA East Preliminary appearance in the 400…entered season having never dipped under 55 seconds, but set PBs four times, highlighted by her 53.62 for third place at the ACC Outdoor Championships…helped Noles to the ACC team title, while also contributing a leg to the scoring 4×400…finished 29th at the NCAA East Preliminary (53.98) after qualifying 43rd in the field.


Indoor: Competed in five meets…breakthrough came at Razorback Invitational when she ran 56.04 400…lowered her collegiate-best at the ACC Indoor Championships when she ran 55.83. Outdoor: Saw action in six meets and continued progression from indoor season…was eighth in 400 at FSU Relays…earned a spot on the ACC Outdoor Championships roster with 400-meter victory at Seminole Twilight in collegiate-best 55.39…also recorded 200-meter PB at meet (24.48).



Indoor: Made lone appearance at the Tyson Invitational, competing in the 400 and 4×400. Outdoor: Competed in six meets as a freshman…saw action as member of the 4×100, 4×200 and 4×400 relays…season-best 400 (57.46) came at Tom Jones Memorial.


Capped distinguished prep career as 2016 2A state runner-up in the 400 (55.36) for Spoto High…was third in 2015 after running 54.65 in prelims of 3A meet…claimed 2014 3A state title (55.50) and was runner-up as freshman in 2013 2A meet (55.17)…also owns PBs of 24.38 in 200 and 12.14 in 100…posted 400 PB of 54.20 in an eighth-place finish at New Balance Outdoor Nationals…member of National Honor Society and principle’s honor roll…daughter of Leigh and Kevin Caldwell…completing degree in theater…a fixture on the ACC Honor Roll, she earned All-ACC Academic Honors Indoors and Outdoors for the first time in 2019…born December 23, 1997.
