Enters final season on the track…will be competing for the first time since the 2018 cross country season…has competed in three ACC Cross Country Championships over the course of her career…has track PBs of 4:31.50 (1500), 17:56.83 (5000) and 10:59.76 (3000 steeplechase).


Cross Country: Saw action in four meets for the Noles…top performance came in the opening Covered Bridge race where she recorded a collegiate-best 5k time of 18:03.3 to place 11th…also ran at Boston University (20th), the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational and the UAB Blazer Classic (21st).


Cross Country: Competed in six meets, including the ACC Championships, where she finished fourth on the team and 66th overall in a 6k personal-best time of 21:51.9…was among FSU’s top seven finishers in three meets while racing with the top group. Indoor: Lone appearance came at the Orange & Purple Invitational competing in the mile. Outdoor: Focused on the steeplechase and finished in the top three in three of four events over 3000 meters…turned in a personal-best of 10:59.76 at the North Florida Invitational to place second…scored her lone win at the Seminole Twilight.


Cross Country: Lined up four times in the fall for the Noles, including the adidas XC Challenge and FSU Invitational…earned a spot in the ACC Championships lineup for the second consecutive year when she led a group of Noles competing at the Crimson Classic (22:41.1, 6k)…top finish came at FSU Invitational (19:27.5, 5k) when she was 33rd overall. Indoors: Did not compete. Outdoors: Competed in seven meets, primarily focusing on the 1500 but also the 5000 and the 3000 steeplechase…finished with a flurry, earning a trip to the ACC Championships for the first time when she put together a strong PB double at the Seminole Twilight…won the 1500 (4:31.50) – a six-second PB – and came back to whack 30 seconds off her previous-best 5000 (17:56.83).


Cross Country: Was in the lineup for six races as a freshman, including the ACC and NCAA South Championships…trimmed nearly a minute off her 5000 and 6000-meter times over the course of the season…ran 18:36.6 at the Alabama Crimson Classic…finished 69th as FSU’s No. 5 runner at the South Region in Tuscaloosa (21:52.8). Indoor: saw action in three meets in her first indoor track experience…highlight came in the 3000 (10:19.76) at the Conference Clash/Power 5 Invite in Birmingham, Ala. Outdoor: opened the year with a third-place finish in the 2000m steeplechase (7:45.90) at FSU Invitational…flashed progress in her season-finale 1500 at the UNF Twilight (4:41.52) to place third.


Four-year member of the National Honor Society at Evangelical Christian…spent four years on student council, serving as president during her freshman and sophomore years…selected the Overall Female Athlete of the Year by the Fort Myers News Press for the 2014-15 school year, after winning state titles in cross country and pulling the 1600/3200 double on the track…won her first state title as a sophomore on the track in the 3200…had high school PBs of 4:49.35 (1600) and 10:52.17 (3200)…is working on her Masters in Business Administration after earning her undergrad degree in Risk Management Insurance…has been on the ACC Academic Honor Roll for four years…born February 7, 1997.
