Indoor: Injuries limited contributions to three indoor meets…season-best 400 came at Tyson Invitational, where she also ran on the 4×400…competed in the 400 and 4×400 at the ACC Indoor Championships where the Noles claimed the team title. Outdoor: Missed the season due to injury.


Indoor: Rebounded from disappointment of missing out on 2016 Olympic trip due to injury with her finest collegiate indoor season…competed in just four meets while returning to form…highlight was a career-best seventh-place finish at ACC Indoor Championships in the 400…time of 53.84 moved her to No. 5 on FSU’s all-time indoor list. Outdoor: Advanced to the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the first time in her career, narrowly missing All-American honors by placing 17th…qualified for trip to Eugene, Ore. with a personal-best 52.13; sixth-fastest in the field at the NCAA East Preliminary…moved to No. 6 on FSU’s all-time 400 list…earned All-ACC honors by placing sixth (52.70) in the 400 as the Noles placed second overall…posted 400 wins at the FSU Relays and the Stanford Cardinal Classic…opened the outdoor season with an 800 victory at the USF Bulls Invitational…contributed another strong 800 to FSU’s third-place 4×800 effort (8:49.63) at the Tennessee Relays.


Outdoor: Season highlight came at the CARIFTA Games when she parlayed a personal-best time of 52.50 – No. 8 on FSU’s all-time list – into a silver medal for her native Bahamas…made her collegiate outdoor debut at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee with a 400 win on the UCLA campus in 54.01…followed up with a runner-up finish in 52.67 against a solid field at the Seminole Invitational…her collegiate season ended with a winning contribution to the 4×400 at the UNF Twilight…returned to action in late June with a third-pace finish in the 400 (53.97) at the Bahamas National Championships…anchored the Bahamas’ Olympic qualifying 4×400 relay team to victory on July 10 at home in 3:30.34…nine days later at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Poland, she advanced to the 400 semis in 54.55 before withdrawing from the meet. Indoor: Competing indoors for the first time she finished eighth in the 400 at the ACC Indoor Championships in a SB 54.74…also provided the Noles with a strong 400 leg on the runner-up DMR (11:13.34), which was was the No. 9 time in program history…competed in five meets during the season.


Daughter of Michelle Evans and Desmond Dorsett…graduated Sunland High with distinction in 2014…was a member of the interact club (2013-2014)…majoring in Biochemistry…claimed 400-800 double gold at 2015 CARIFTA Games in 53.40/2:11.99 – both PBs…ranked 40th in the world among juniors in the 400…member of Bahamas’ 2015 World Relays 4×400 team which ran SB 3:33.0…has represented the Bahamas on seven national teams between 2013-15…has twice been honored as the Bahamas Junior athlete of the year…born September 16, 1997.
