Returns off a freshman season to remember, which included a pair of All-American honors and an ACC 60-meter dash title…ranks among FSU’s all-time top 10 in the 60-meter dash as well as the 100- and 200-meter dashes outdoors…capped 2018 representing Team USA at the IAAF World U20 Championships in Finland, where she was a 200-meter finalist.




Indoor: Finished first season with the Noles at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning second-team All-American honors by placing 11th in the 60-meter dash (7.25)…won ACC Indoor Championships 60-meter dash title in 7.24, which ties teammate and classmate Ka’Tia Seymour for No. 3 on FSU’s all-time list…helped the Seminoles to the team title…competed in only five meets as she returned from injury suffered during her senior season in high school. Outdoor: Competed in seven meets during the collegiate season, highlighted by first-team All-American honors as the leadoff leg on the eighth-place NCAA Outdoor Championships 4×100 relay…that group advanced to the finals with the No. 3 time in FSU history (43.33)…came within .01 seconds and one position of qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the 100, placing 13th in 11.24-w…posted a personal-best (11.34) in the 100m first round at the NCAA East Preliminary, which is tied for No. 9 on FSU’s all-time list…finished fourth in the 100, sixth in the 200 and was member of the runner-up 4×100 relay at the ACC Outdoor Championships…finished her competitive season by placing second at the USTAF U20 Championships in the 200, with a personal-best 22.93 – No. 8 all-time among Noles – in the prelims…was also third in the 100 (11.37)…silver medal finish earned her a trip to IAAF World U20 Championships in the 200 as well as a member of the 4×100 relay.


One of the most decorated prep sprinters to ever sign with the Noles…a 16-time Alabama high school state champion with 12 individual titles from 60-400 meters…won the 2017 New Balance Indoor national title at 60 meters, the 2016 New Balance Outdoor 200 title and the 2015 New Balance Outdoor national titles in the 100 and 200…was the bronze medalist in the 100 at the 2015 IAAF World Youth Championships in Cali, Colombia representing Team USA…owns high school lifetime-bests of 7.27 (60m), 11.41 (100m), 23.15 (200m, outdoor), 23.88 (200, indoor), 38.16 (300, indoor), 54.43 (400m, indoor) and 55.58 (400, outdoor)…was the 2014 Alabama Gatorade Athlete of the Year…won the first of her 12 Alabama state individual event titles as a freshman in the 60-meter dash…attended Woodlawn High School, the same alma mater as Florida State Hall of Fame football coach Bobby Bowden…senior outdoor season was limited by injury on the track…also played two years of varsity basketball in high school…a member of the National Honor Society…daughter of Tameka Forbes…born Feb. 13, 1999.
