PERFORMANCE PROFILE

Entering senior year with the women’s distance program…recorded collegiate-best marks in three events during the 2018-19 school year…one of two former Winter Park High standouts on the squad.

2019-20

Cross Country: Competed in two events during the fall…ran 20:16.4 at the FSU Invitational…stepped up to the 6k at the Blazer Classic and responded with a time of 24:24.2.

 

2018-19

Cross Country: Opened season at Mountain Dew Invitational where she recorded a 5k best of 19:29.2…had a major breakthrough over the 6k distance at the Bobcat Invitational when she ran 23:35.0. Indoor: did not compete. Outdoor: Sandwiched a pair of 1500 races around the first 5000 of her collegiate career…ran 19:38.22 5000 at FSU Relays…followed up with a season-best 5:10.49 at the UNF Invitational.

2017-18

Cross Country: Lined up three times in the fall…ran season-best 20:01.0 over 5k at the FSU Invitational…posted personal-best 6k 24:17.6 at the Crimson Classic. Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Turned in season-best 5:01.38 1500m at the Seminole Twilight, her third 1500 race of the campaign…posted 11:00.02 in the 3000 at the Tom Jones Memorial.

 

2016-17

Cross Country: Opened up at the Mountain Dew Invitational where she was the Seminoles’ No. 2 scorer in 19:30.13 and 43rd overall…rebounded from her FSU Invitational performance to produce a solid 24:32.5 at the Crimson Classic; her first 6k race. Indoors: competed in three meets with SB 3000m (11:03.52) coming at Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational. Outdoors: raced three times outdoors exclusively in the 1500…SB came at FSU Relays (4:56.97).

Personal:

Ran three seasons of cross country, four years of track and also played soccer at Winter Park…boasts personal-bests of 5:03.78 (1600) and 11:30.01 (3200)…contributor to back-to-back state championship cross country teams…member of 2014 state championship 4×800 relay and was a podium finisher in the 1600 as a sophomore and junior…placed ninth and 15th at her final two state cross country championships…outstanding student who was a member of the National Honor Society and Math Honor Society…majoring in finance…born Jan. 25, 1998.
