Capped remarkable freshman year by representing the United States at the Pan American U20 Championships in Costa Rica after claiming the USATF U20 triple jump title…breakthrough freshman season included sixth-place ACC Outdoor Championships triple jump finish and qualifying spot at the NCAA East Preliminary…made huge gains in both the triple jump and long jump in her first season with the Noles.
Indoor: Sophomore saved her best for the ACC Championships, putting together an opening triple jump attempt of 12.94 meters (42-5.5) – a lifetime-best and the No. 8 mark in FSU history – to secure a runner-up finish and her first, first-team All-ACC honor…also recorded an indoor PB in the long jump (5.70m/18-8.5)…competed in five meets, doubling in the triple jump and long jump three times…season-opening 12.75m (41-10) at Orange & Purple Elite set the stage for a solid campaign.
Indoor: Saw action in four meets while competing indoors for the first time…opened up with a personal-best n the triple jump at the Orange & Purple Elite (12.01m/39-5), where she also registered a season-best in the long jump (5.65m/18-6.5) to finish second in both events…competed in both events at the ACC Indoor Championships but did not advance to the finals. Outdoor: Breakthrough performance in the triple jump came at the Crimson Tide Invitational where she sailed 12.24 meters (40-2) and also registered a personal-best in the long jump (5.79m/19-0)…continued to improve throughout the season…jumped 5.83 meters (19-1.5) for a new long jump PB at the Beach Invitational before opening eyes at the ACC Outdoor Championships…opening round triple jump of 12.88w (42-3.25) stood up for sixth-place finish and second-team All-ACC honors and also had a legal personal-best of 12.68m on her final attempt…added a PB in the long jump a day later (5.95m/19-6.25)…was 29th in the triple jump (12.45m/40-10.25) at the NCAA East Preliminary…a month later at the USATF U20 Championships in Miramar, Fla. she soared 12.77 meters (41-10.75) to claim the gold and a spot on Team USA Junior Pan American team…owns the No. 9 outdoor mark in FSU history after improving her high school best by nearly four feet…advanced to the finals in Costa Rica and placed sixth.
Enjoyed her finest track & field season as a senior at Gadsden County High…finished fourth at the 2018 FHSAA 2A state meet in the triple jump on the strength of her personal-best (11.66m/38-3), which was also a school record…won district and region titles in the triple jump and long jump as a senior…also set a high school long jump personal-best of 5.75 meters (18-10.5)…claimed prestigious Bob Hayes Invitational long jump title…played three years of varsity basketball…was senior class president and member of National Honor Society…active in Upward Bound program for four years…daughter of Evelyn and the late Trentun Green…majoring in sport management…born July 12, 2000.
