Outdoor T&F: Finished 12th in the 1500m run (4:21.13) at the ACC Outdoor Championships…Placed fourth at the UNF Invitational in the 1500m run with a time of 4:20.09…Clocked in at 4:28.44 in the 1500m run at the Virginia Challenge…Finished sixth in the 1500m with a personal best time of 4:18.86 at the Florida Relays… Finished the 5000m with a time of 16:59.68 at the Raleigh Relays.

Indoor T&F: Ran a season-best time of 4:47.04 in the mile prelims at the ACC Championships… also competed in the 3000m… won the mile at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 4:50.53… won the distance medley relay and placed fifth with a time of 4:48.10 in the mile at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational.

Cross Country: Competed at the NCAA Championships, finishing with a time of 21:14.5 in the 6k… earned All-Region honors at the NCAA South Regional meet with a personal best time of 20:33.20 to finish 24th in the 6k… placed 42nd in the 6k at ACC Championships with a time of 21:16.4… set a new personal best time of 20:57.4 in the FSU Pre-Nationals 6k with a 79th place finish… began the season with a 5k personal best time of 17:25.8 at the Joe Piane Invitational.



Cross Country: Did not participate at the Mountain Dew Invitational…finished 16th overall at the FSU Invitational with a 5k personal-best time (17:31.1)…finished 29th overall at the UAB Blazer Classic with a 6k-personal best time (21:09.28)…was 55th at the ACC Championships as the eighth runner for the Noles with a time of 21:26.0…USTFCCCA All-Academic team

Outdoor T&F: Placed 25th in the 1500m at the NCAA East Regionals with a time of 4:20.80…finished 11th in 1500m (4:25.12) at ACCs…won the 3000 steeplechase at the North Florida Invite with a time of 10:54.04…placed 33rd in the 5000m at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 16:50.40.


Cross Country: Opted to redshirt and train for first season of steeplechase competition on the track…competing unattached at the FSU Invitational, placed 11th overall against a strong field in a time of 18:05.4. Indoor: competed in two meets at Clemson…ran 10:07.90 3000 in her opener at the Bob Pollock Invitational…cracked the 5-minute mark in the mile at the Tiger Paw Invitational (4:59.24).



Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets, through the postseason…turned in a strong showing at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational, finishing 66th in 18:00.2…placed 70th as the No. 6 runner in her first ACC Championship meet…followed by placing 59th for the South Region champions in a 6k personal-best (21:52.2) and competed at the NCAA Championships. Indoor: made three trips to Clemson, producing PBs in each outing…finished with new personal-bests in the mile (5:00.62) and 3000 (9:54.49) at the Tiger Paw Invitational. Outdoor: saw action in five meets, adding two more PBs with major breakthroughs…whacked 16 seconds off her 2018 1500m-best when she ran 4:31.47 1500 at the FSU Relays…took 52 seconds off her previous 5000m PB when she ran 17:16. 31 at the Raleigh Relays.



Cross Country: Competed in four meets including travel squad appearances at the Covered Bridge Open and Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational…post collegiate-best 19:11.2 at the FSU Invitational for 5k and 22:45.9 6k at Virginia Tech. Indoor: Lined up for the mile in a pair of meets…set herself up for the outdoor season with a mile PB (5:08.97) at the Tyson Invitational, where she finished fourth in her section. Outdoor: Continued to show progress throughout the spring…established new PBs in each of her last three meets…ran 10:41.58 for the 3000 at the Tom Jones Memorial, placing eighth…was fifth in the 1500 at the North Florida Invitational (4:47.96)…capped first season at the Seminole Twilight where she ran 5000m in 18:02.41.



Owns high school PBs of 2:13.98 (800), 5:01.03 (1600) and 10:48.46 (3200); all set as senior…big breakout came with 3200 PB and sixth-place finish at FSU Relays…placed third (3200), fourth (1600) and sixth (800) at the 3A state meet as both a junior and senior…won nine Pinellas County Athletic Conference titles over course of her career between cross country and track…also played varsity soccer as sophomore and junior…outstanding in the classroom where she was a four-year honor roll member, a member of the National Honor Society and earned AP Scholar Awards from 2015-17…majoring in exercise physiology…the daughter of Barb and Tim Lima…born Nov. 3, 1998.
