Building on last spring’s momentum, was a consistent top-seven performer for the cross country team in the fall…will be positioned to eclipse her 2016 outdoor PBs in both the 1500 and 5000…set to graduate after the spring.


Cross Country: Raced in a career-high seven meets – more than her two previous seasons combined – and never finished outside the teams’ top seven…was a top-five scorer four times…was fourth for the Noles at the Covered Bridge Open to start the year (19:30.94)…5k PB 18:26.2 came at Notre Dame Invitational…finished the year as FSU’s No. 5 scorer over the final three meets, improving each week over the 6k distance…her fastest time came in finale at NCAA South Region at home in 21:37.3.


Cross Country: Competed in three meets and demonstrated progress in each, capped by her 19:16.7 effort at the Crimson Classic…also ran at FSU Invitational and Mountain Dew Invitational. Indoor: did not compete. Outdoor: Took part in a career-high six meets, including the ACC Championships for the first time…posted personal-bests of 4:44.26 (1500) and 18:08.85 (5000).


Cross Country: Lined up for the Mountain Dew Invitational, Charlotte Invitational and FSU Invitational in her first season with the program…season-best effort came on home course with a 20:42.7. Indoor: did not compete. Outdoor: competed in a pair of 1500 races, opening up at the UNF Twilight (5:00.01) and following up with a new PB at the Tom Jones Memorial (4:56.05), providing a springboard to the 2015-16 breakout.


President of Chi Omega sorority at Florida State…Panhellenic Woman of the Year, 2015-16…member Garnet & Gold Key Honor Society…ACC Academic Honor Roll…Dean’s List, College of Education…winner of 12-sport athlete award as senior at Vernon Hills (Ill.) High, competing in cross country, track & field and cheerleading for four years…a three-time state finalist in the 4×800 relay in track…two-time cross country state qualifier…four-time cheer state finalist…inducted on Athletic Wall of Fame at Vernon Hills…majoring in sport management…born Jan. 30, 1995.
