Adam Benvenisty

Adam Benvenisty joined the Florida State University Athletics Department in August 2014 as a Compliance Assistant while enrolled in Graduate School. He was promoted to Assistant Director of Compliance in February 2018 where he oversaw the NCAA initial eligibility and admissions of all prospective student-athletes enrolling at Florida State. Benvenisty was once again promoted in July 2019 to Director of Compliance, overseeing NCAA financial aid and awards and benefits for all student-athletes. In addition, he serves on the athletics departments summer school, degree completion, and summer bridge committees. Given his experience with prospective and current student-athletes, he was appointed to Florida State’s COVID-19 International Task Force in 2019. Benvenisty also is the primary compliance contact for Florida State’s Baseball, Men’s and Women’s Golf, Soccer and Softball teams.

A native of Weston, Florida, Benvenisty is a three time graduate of Florida State University, graduating with his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Business Management in May 2014. He completed his Master of Sports Management in December 2015, and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in business analytics in May 2021. He is currently working on a Master of Risk Management and Insurance with an anticipated graduation of May 2024.

Benvenisty lives in Tallahassee with his wife Samantha, a special education teacher, and their dog Landis.
