Charla Phinney

Charla Phinney began her tenure at Florida State with the football program in 2001,as the administrator for offensive coaches.  She became the primary administrator in the recruiting office from 2003.  She became the Human Resources/Payroll representative for Athletics starting in 2010.

Phinney was born in Blountstown, Florida graduating from Blountstown High School.  She is married to Shane Phinney and has three children, Chip, McCayla, and Samantha.
