At Temple, Cantor was responsible for all aspects of the recruiting operation as coordinator of external operations and on-campus recruiting coordinator. He was the assistant athletic recruiting coordinator for three years at Georgia, during which time he also coordinated many summer camps. He spent the 2007 season as a recruiting assistant at Rutgers before joining Georgia’s staff.
Cantor’s affiliation with Florida State football began as an undergraduate when he served as a student manager for two seasons before spending his final two undergraduate years as a student assistant coach working with tight ends and quarterbacks. He worked as a graduate assistant in recruiting for the 2006 season.
Cantor earned bachelor’s degrees in social science education and sport management from FSU in 2006 and completed his master’s degree in sport management in 2011.
