Destiny Brantley is in her sixth season with the Florida State football program and second as player development and operations assistant in 2021.
In her role, Brantley has numerous responsibilities, including managing logistics, budgeting and payment for team meals, as well as purchases related to recruiting, operations, travel and office supplies, and serving as the program’s primary point of contact for former players and maintaining the former player database. She also is involved in FSU Athletics’ LYFE program, handling logistics and planning for multiple student-athlete development events each semester.
Brantley began her association with Florida State in 2016 as a Garnet & Gold Guide. She also has held positions with Florida State’s Student-Athlete Development office as well as FSU’s Student-Athlete Academic Services. In 2018, she began serving as assistant to the director of on-campus recruiting. She served a vital role with the logistics and execution of all on-campus recruiting operations, including helping to create itineraries and give tours for official and unofficial visits.
Brantley is a two-time Florida State graduate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management in 2018 and completed her master’s in sport management in 2019.
