Dillon Yearby

Dillon Yearby joined the FSU track and field and cross country program as their Director of Operations in April 2022.

Yearby previously served as an operations assistant at Notre Dame before becoming the interim Director of Operations for the Fighting Irish in January 2022

Before his stint at Notre Dame, Yearby spent two seasons as the Director of Operations at Southern Indiana. Yearby was also an assistant coach for the Screaming Eagles where he helped produce 49 First Team All-Americans and three national champions. Yearby graduated from Southern Indiana in 2016 with a degree in sport management. Yearby would spend two years at the University of Mary as a graduate assistant coach/operations. Yearby earned his MBA in 2019 from the University of Mary.

Yearby spent one year on the Brescia University track and field and cross country team where he was a scorer at the conference level. Yearby is originally from Chrisney, Ind.
