Eric Mundt is the IT Manager for Florida State University Athletics. This is his first year serving in this role.
As IT Manager, Mundt assists the Director of Information Technology in the daily operations of the department. This includes supervision of Athletics technology support staff and management of IT projects as assigned by the Director of IT. Mundt is the primary liaison between Athletics and FSU Information Technology Services in areas relating to telecommunications infrastructure design and implementation.
Mundt is a Graduate of Columbia College with a BA in Criminal Justice Administration. Previously worked 8 years as a Network Specialist for the Florida State ITS Infrastructure Department. Also, served four years in the United States Navy as an Administrative Supervisor for the Air Operations Department, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico.
He currently resides in Tallahassee with his wife Valerie of 14 years and daughters Harley (11 years) and Chloe (9 years).
