Ian Frazier is in his first season as the operations assistant for the Florida State University women’s cross country program.
Frazier joined the FSU program from Blue Valley Northwest High School where he served as an assistant coach from 2018 to 2020 until he was promoted to head coach in the summer of 2020.
Prior to this, Frazier interned with HOKA ONE-ONE Northern Arizona Elite in the summer of 2017 where he assisted the head coach with the facilitation of the team’s athletes. From 2013 to 2016, Frazier worked as a Counselor at Joe Bill Dixon’s Wilderness Running Camp where he planned and led group training runs and exercises.
Frazier graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2018. During his time there, Frazier was a member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field programs. Frazier competed in the 2017 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships. He served as team captain and an elected representative on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
