Isaiah Phillip

Isaiah Phillip is in his second year with the Florida State football program and first as coordinator of player development in 2022.

Phillip began his FSU tenure as the program’s assistant equipment manager. In that role, he oversaw the Seminoles’ student equipment managers while assisting in all areas of equipment fitting, distribution and inventory management as well as travel logistics. He gained collegiate experience as an equipment manager at his alma mater from 2017-20.

Phillip completed his bachelor’s degree in sport management from the University of Florida in 2020.
