Jon Hayes

Jon Hayes is in his first year with Seminole Sports Cinema after joining the team in early August of 2022 as a videographer and editor. His responsibilities include directing and editing forms of FSU sports media productions. These vary from Sports Venue Entertainment videos, to high quality social media pieces, and marketing features.

Hayes has a background in freelance videography as well as broadcast camera operation with Seminole Productions. Attending Florida State since 2018, he has helped create video content for various organizations around campus. He has also interned with Visit Tallahassee as their video creator during the Spring of 2022.

Ever since high school, he has had a passion for cameras, editing, and sports. A Tampa native, he is an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team and has been a fan of the Florida State Seminoles ever since football’s National Championship in 2013.

Hayes graduated from Florida State University in the Spring of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Production.
