
Kristin Tubeck joins Florida State Softball in her first year as the Director of Softball Operations with the Seminoles. Tubeck is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Seminole softball program including team travel, game day operations, softball camps, staff organization, and team events and activities. She also assists in the oversight of the Seminole Softball budget. In addition, Tubeck is the main point of contact with Seminole Boosters and the Dugout Club.
Tubeck moves over from Seminole Boosters, where she spent the last 9 years (12 years collectively). In her most recent role with the Boosters she served as Director of Events, where she managed all organizational and donor events including fundraising & stewardship events, game-day events for all sports, and the Seminole Boosters Spring Tour. Additionally, she assisted with the game-day operations of the Dunlap Champions Club on home football weekends. Tubeck has been involved with other various aspects of Seminole Boosters during her time with the organization, including serving as a Regional Annual Fund Director for the Southwest Florida region (5 years) and as Executive Assistant to the CEO (3 years).
A San Antonio, Texas native, Tubeck is a two time graduate of Florida State University, earning a master’s degree in Sport Administration (2008) and bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education (2005). Tubeck is married to her husband, Lukas. The two have a son (Connor) and a daughter (Hadley).
