Preston Brady is in his first season as Florida State’s coordinator of operations in 2022.
Brady, who played five seasons at Memphis, rejoined his former head coach Mike Norvell in the new role at FSU. After redshirting in 2017, Brady was the Tigers’ primary holder for the next four seasons and won the Peter Mortell Holder of the Year award in 2019 after helping Memphis win the program’s first outright conference championship since 1969.
He added long snapper duties as a senior in 2021, when he served as a team captain, and earned third-team all-conference recognition for his performance. That year, he also was a nominee for the Allstate Good Works Team and was on the Wuerffel Trophy Watch List.
Brady earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Memphis in 2021.
