Ryals Lee has a longstanding connection with Florida State University and has served as the football program’s memorabilia coordinator since 2013.
In his current role, he is responsible for coordinating all autograph requests for items signed by coaches. He also takes student-athlete and staff studio headshots, team photos and game action photos.
Lee began covering FSU athletics as a freelance photographer in 1982. From 1997-2010, Lee worked many roles in the FSU Photo Lab, including several years as director. The photo lab, a branch of university communications and university relations, covered photo needs for the entire university.
The Tallahassee native and Leon High School graduate was a kicker for head coach Bobby Bowden’s first two teams in 1976 and 1977.
