Sarah Petronio is in her first year serving as the Assistant Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development.
She previously spent five years in Student-Athlete Development and served the role of Director of Student-Athlete Development and Events. She leads and guides the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (S.A.A.C.), oversees the Women In Leadership Development (W.I.L.D.) Program, and administers Student-Athlete engagement and Personal Development opportunities.

Petronio graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from Florida State’s College of Business in 2007 and also received her MBA while working in the Athletics Business Office in 2011.
Petronio played volleyball for the Seminoles from 2003-2007. She was captain for two years and S.A.A.C. President her Senior year, roles which helped develop and connect her experience as a former athlete to her current role in Student-Athlete Development.
