Tim Hofmann

Tim Hofmann joined the Florida State staff as a sports information director assistant in October 2021 as the main contact for the Seminoles’ track and field teams as well as the volleyball program. Hofmann was promoted to the Assistant Director position in March 2023 where he now serves as the main contact for Florida State softball and Florida State women’s soccer.

Before arriving at FSU, Hofmann spent time at New Mexico State as a media relations intern for the Aggies. Hofmann handled duties for softball, women’s soccer, track and field/cross country and men’s golf. Hofmann oversaw two WAC Championship teams as the softball and men’s golf programs each took home titles during his tenure.

Hofmann spent a year and a half in the communications department as a student worker at the University of Nebraska where he oversaw the men’s golf team. The Sutton, Neb., native, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Journalism.
